 10 Days to Conscious and Loving Relationships Introduction This 10-day course, 10 Days to Conscious and Loving Relationships, is designed to support you on your path to envisioning, feeling into, creating, experiencing, maintaining, and receiving the most conscious and loving relationships in your life. This is the beginning of a journey where you get to create long-lasting loving and supportive relationships and realize that the journey is much more important than any projected destination. This path you are defining will continue to emerge, evolve, and refine itself as you tread it and embark on a beautiful, wondrous journey of relationship, faith, and connecting with yourself and others in the deepest way. You may choose to take this course to create healthy, happy, balanced, loving, peaceful, and harmonious relationships in different spheres of your life. In addition to this introduction, this course includes 10 teachings over the span of 10 days that will help you create the foundation for conscious loving relationships and build upon one another in order to take you from where you currently are in your relationships to where and what you intend and choose to create, enrich, and refine in your relationships. Day 1 of this course will support you in creating the foundation for conscious and loving relationships through intention and vision. Day 2 of this course will help you to free yourself from patterns of fear and codependency in order to support creating and sustaining the most conscious and loving relationships. Day 3 of this course will support new understandings on how to bring a new energy and new qualities into your relationships by self-sovereignly cultivating them within yourself. Day 4 of this course will invite a precise nuance and comprehensive evaluative process of what's actually working really well in your relationships for you to focus on. Day 5 of this course will focus on dissolving and resolving what hasn't seemed to work or what has repeatedly triggered pain, conflict, misunderstandings, and arguments in order to help you restore faith, balance, and harmony and to make space for the new. Day 6 of this course will help you identify unresolved childhood wounding that may be limiting your potential to experience the most conscious and loving relationships. Day 7 of this course will support clearing expectations and reactive projections in relationships in order to help you become more present and to experience more contentment in your relationships. Day 8 of this course will positively shift your view on the role and value of relationships in order to support deeper connections and to amplify the beneficial effects of relationships. Day 9 of this course will explore the building blocks of conscious and loving relationships to help you expand and amplify the benefits of being in relationships with others. Day 10 of this course will help you integrate the different learnings you've derived from the past nine teachings and will help you cultivate greater presence and contentment in relationships.
