In the first stage of the cleanse, we will focus on the seven primary chakras. On the first day, we'll introduce you to them and guide you through meditation to help you become more familiar with these energy centers. 

From day two to day eight, we'll focus on one chakra each day, starting with the root chakra and proceeding to the crown chakra. You'll need to keep a journal to note any physical sensations, emotional changes, or changes in your body. Additionally, you'll need to answer daily questions about the energy of your chakras.

Becoming aware of our energies takes practice, but by the end of the course, you'll be familiar with each chakra and your unique energy. Through meditation, this practice allows for a stronger connection to develop and an improved awareness of the relationship between the body, mind, and spirit.
