In this four-week Reflections course, we use the living movements of April as a framework for sustainable personal growth. Each lesson offers practical tools to help you open gently, regulate emotional “weather,” focus your energy on what truly matters, and take grounded outward steps. Through teaching and guided meditation, you will learn skills that support emotional balance, steady confidence, and meaningful action. This course is designed as a progressive journey, helping you grow with the season rather than against it, building well-being in a way that feels natural, embodied, and sustainable.

Hello, I'm Mark Rowland. April is a month where growth becomes visible. Blossoms begin to open. Rain nourishes the soil. Birds start building. And the light stretches further into the evening. Change is no longer subtle. It can now be seen, felt and lived. This four-week Reflections course uses April's natural movements as a framework for sustainable personal growth. So, rather than pushing for a dramatic big change, the focus is on steady development that feels grounded as well as manageable. Across the month, each lesson explores one living aspect of April and translates it into a practical, well-being toolset. We begin with Blossom, learning how to open gently and take small, safe steps forward. Then we move into April's Changing Weather, developing emotional regulation skills that help us navigate internal shifts with steadiness. In the third week, inspired by the Nesting Birds, we explore focused effort and how to build something meaningful without scattering our energy. And finally, as the light lengthens, we look at embodied participation, how to step into life with quiet confidence and consistency. Each lesson will include a structured teaching and guided meditation, offering clear skills that can be applied in your everyday life. This course is designed to help you grow with the season, to move forward in a way that feels natural, rooted and sustainable.
