This course aims to guide participants toward greater contentment and present-moment awareness in daily life. The objectives are to listen to an audio track every day to learn about acceptance and gain new tools, to learn to observe your internal state with gentle awareness, to practice shifting away from feelings of restlessness and anxiety, and to instead cultivate a sense of inner calm and trust for life as it unfolds. By following the progressive structure of this course, participants will gain valuable tools and insights that will foster mindfulness, acceptance, and enhance overall wellbeing with a greater sense of calm, even during challenging transitions.

This course will help you move away from the restlessness of transition and uncertainty, and towards feelings of peace and contentment, regardless of your circumstance.

 Hi, I'm Joni and welcome to my course contentment in the now When you're experiencing transition in life when things feel really uncertain feelings of restlessness anxiousness and a general feeling of discomfort can arise and When we feel this way, sometimes we turn toward distraction To make us feel better but I want to offer you a different way of trying to work your way back to a state of peace and That is by learning how to Be in the present moment again to fully be present and enjoy moments of your life on your journey in this five session course Contentment in the now I'll talk about the practice of acceptance and what that means I'll offer you tools and techniques to help bring your attention back to the present moment These are practices you can do with me as we move through the course And these are also things that you can do just in brief moments throughout your day-to-day life Overall this course is designed to help you move toward a feeling of Contentment in your life and away from that feeling of restlessness So join me in contentment in the now.
