This course is designed to help you feel more grateful so that you may allow miracles in your life. A new lesson will be available each day for 10 days and includes an introduction to your journey into gratitude. We hope this course benefits you greatly. 

Over the next 10 days, you’ll receive guidance, information, and support to help you resonate with the energy of gratitude and receive more and more things, people, relationships, and situations in your life for you to feel grateful for. Those are some of the miracles you can experience when you begin to consistently resonate with the energy of gratitude. Here are the lessons you’ll receive, in order. All of the lessons include a short guided meditation for you to practice and experience what you learn in each lesson.

10 Days To Conscious Gratitude

 Hello and welcome. In the following course on gratitude, my intention is to provide you with some very simple yet profound insights, understandings, and practical tools which, when applied comprehensively, can help you to feel and experience more gratitude in your life. In many traditions and philosophies, cultivating gratitude is believed to open the heart and to bring about major changes in your perception and experience of self and reality. With the advances in technology and imagery, we have now been able to prove that what mystics and sages have intuited for thousands of years now is indeed true. So through their teachings and them modeling these attitudes and states of consciousness, mystics and sages have shown us the way to live a more harmonious and happy life. And they've shared this message with anyone who's been open to receive it and integrate the understandings into their lives. Gratitude has been at the core of many of these teachings, and many teachers and mystics and masters have shared and modeled these teachings about gratitude throughout the ages. We can say that gratitude is both a result of your heart being open, and it's also a process, a factor, in continuing to open one's heart. So in this course, when we talk about the heart, we'll be talking about the spiritual heart, your heart center, which is a plexus where many nerve endings meet and subtle energy channels converge. And in this space, as the electrical activity of your heart is triggered, it creates a major magnetic field all around your heart. So this magnetic field created by your heart center is at least a thousand times greater than that of the brain when it's in a state of coherence. So when you cultivate gratitude, that is one way in which you can actually support this state of heart coherence, and thus the expansion of the magnetic field emitted by your heart center. In this course, we're going to help you learn a very simple process so that you can open your heart and cultivate more gratitude. Of course, when your heart is open and you cultivate gratitude, you feel better and better on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And therefore, you bring about a state of heart coherence. By keeping your heart open and cultivating a state of gratitude, you enter a state of heart coherence, and you can begin to experience the miracles all around you, miracles that you may not have been aware of when your heart is not as open or not as resonant with gratitude. In addition to changing your perspectives and how you view yourself and the world, this course can help you to experience greater health, vitality and well-being, deeper joy and true happiness, more harmonious loving and fulfilling relationships, more abundance and prosperity, and any other experience that you really want to create in your life. I feel really blessed and honored to be sharing with you what I have personally learned, practiced, and what I feel has worked well for me and for the people in my life that I've done my very best to help so that they can create the life they truly want most in a state of gratitude.
