Each of your chakras, your energy centers, serves a very unique and important purpose for you emotionally, physically, and mentally. When a chakra is out of balance, so are you, and this manifests in a range of discomfort from feelings of disconnection from yourself, anxiousness, loneliness, lack of energy, feeling "lost", powerless, depressed, and so much more. However, when your chakras are flowing and in powerful balance, you are vibrant, connected, passionate, creative, intuitive, at ease, and wildly free to be you! I am grateful that you are joining me on this journey of chakra healing and igniting. I believe that you are able to manifest, create, and take action upon all that you desire in life when your energy is in a place of being beautifully ignited and aligned. It is from this place, your "wild", that you emit authentic light, light, and therefore, also attract it. Energy work is powerful and can be beautifully emotional. Please allow your emotions to flow, and take this course one day at a time as you are ready. It is essential to complete the course, so you are in your full power and wild, but again, please do it at a pace that feels best for you. Ignite Your Wild Through Chakra Empowerment

 This is Julie Skon, and welcome to Ignite Your Wild. I define your wild as when you are being and feeling fully expressed. Your wild is your inner driving force, it is your highest intuition, it is your carnal connection with the deepest parts of yourself that allow you to light up your life. Your wild is your ability to give and receive the deepest, purest love, it is your excitement, it is freedom, it is your creative nature, it is your fire. And it is from this sacred place, when your wild is ignited, that your ability to manifest and create anything and everything you want in your life derives from. In this series, you are going to be igniting your wild by lighting up your 7 chakras, one chakra at a time, from your root to your crown. This is a series of 7 lessons and meditations deeply taking you on a journey of healing, aligning and powerfully igniting each of your energy centers. If you are new to chakras that is entirely okay, you will be learning as we go, but for now it is important to know that your chakras are individual energy centers that run from your root, just below your tailbone, up through your sacrum, your solar plexus, your heart, your throat, your third eye, and finally into the crown at the top of your head. Each of these energy centers serves a very unique and important purpose for you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When your chakras are blocked or out of balance, so are you. When they are not flowing correctly, and depending on where the energy block is, you may feel overwhelmed, stagnant, unmotivated, anxious, stressed, lonely, without a voice or direction, with an overall disconnection from yourself and from others and from Source and so much more. But when they are flowing, when your chakras are ignited, you attract what you desire. You connect deeply within yourself and you are guided clearly by your intuition. You feel calm, centered, balanced, and free. You feel safe and secure. You have clarity and creativity. You feel healthy and alive. You are vibrant. And you are wildly, authentically you. One of my favorite quotes that reminds me why chakra balancing is so important comes from the book Kundalini Tantra, where Swami Satyananda Saraswati says, When the chakras are awakened, the mind automatically changes. Your values in life also change, and the quality of your love and relationships improve immensely, enabling you to balance out the disappointments and frustrations in life. Therefore, you are able to live a little higher than you do now, and your attitude towards yourself and towards life is much better. So get ready, because this series will bring you to a place where each chakra is aligned, flowing, and lit up. This will take you to a place where you will be able to create and manifest whatever it is you desire, and as Swami says, live a little higher than you do now. As a Reiki master and practitioner, I truly believe that energy is everything, and I ask you to please take this course at a pace that feels right for you. You do not have to do this seven days straight. Sometimes when there are blockages in a chakra that is released, a lot of emotions come with it, and that is a beautiful thing. Please fully immerse yourself in your feelings and honor them, and when you feel ready to take the next step, to the next chakra, that is the time to dive in. To achieve the full effect of this course, it is essential to complete it. Every session will have a lesson, a meditation, and rituals to follow to further strengthen the flow of that specific chakra. And with that said, I can't wait to begin this adventure with you.
