Let's be realistic. Sometimes life is great. But sometimes it’s hard. It's my guess that even if you're rolling along nicely now, that you know someone who isn’t. This 10 day course offers you easy-to-use tools designed to encourage a flexible and optimum mindset in all aspects of your life. This course will also give you instruction on how to teach others the lessons you have learnt, inviting those around you to embark on their own journey of self-growth. Over the next 10 days we will begin by using a framework to help get clear on our heart's desires before looking at tools for when things get tough, tools to help us unhook from unhelpful thoughts and realign, and tools to overcome barriers that steer us away from what we really want. We will also explore a simple fail-proof ritual to boost intention and stay on track.

 Welcome to Tools for Self-Growth and a Flexible Mindset. My name is Reuben. I'm the founder of a digital platform called Mindful Creation and our non-profit charity for young people, Act On It. I also work as a mindfulness-based therapist at one of the largest private health clinics in the Southern Hemisphere. This 10-day course here on Insight Timer is about being part of the change that's going on in the world right now. I'm so excited to bring this to you and I want to talk from the heart here. Something attracted you to this title, Tools for Self-Growth. What was that? Was it about enhancing meaningful connection? Was it about being more aware? Was it about getting more of a balance in your life with those things that you care about? Maybe it was about having some tips and tools to unhook from unhelpful thoughts or make space for unwanted feelings, experiences that we all have as humans, so we can continue to move forward and do these things in our lives that are important despite this. With regards to the above, this course is therefore designed to help you be more grounded, connected, as well as enrich certain parts of your life. This is what self-growth is about, but it also helps us for the times when things are not okay, for when we slip up and take regretful action, or for when times are tough. It helps us be okay with not being okay. And this is where the flexible mindset comes in. The tools within this course have been tried and tested to thousands of people, and you'll be learning about these as well as the body of science as to where they've come from. But there's a bonus here as well. With regards to my tagline, Be Part of the Change, this is about how you can make a difference in other people's lives too. How? Well, if you decide to do this course, my advice to you is this. Take a broader perspective. What I mean is, see if you can go through this course, obviously with the intention of you getting benefits from it. But you can also include this perspective. Go through this course as though you are going to teach these tools to another person that needs it. Humanity is evolving, and positive change is happening. It just depends where we focus our attention. In bringing these tools into our lives, we can enrich our lives more so, as well as help other people to be part of the change.
