Hi, I'm Joni Staff Sturgill and welcome to this introduction of my new course Cultivating a More Positive Mindset in 10 Days Perspective is everything and Many of us have an autopilot negative perspective Because we are programmed at some primitive level to be scanning our environment for danger because of that it's easiest for us to see the things that go wrong and The more we focus on the things that go wrong in our lives the more we start to feel hopeless the more we start to feel anxiety or even depression because we are Tuned in to those things that aren't going right for us While I can't help you change your circumstances what I can do is help you start to look at your thoughts and learn what your autopilot is as We recognize what our autopilot mindset is we can be gentle with ourselves and accept ourselves Just as we are in this moment But also have a growth mindset and know that we can learn to change our perspective and in doing so we can cultivate a greater sense of equanimity peace and happiness in our lives so join me in this program, and I will help you get to know yourself a little deeper inside and Figure out how you can start to see the things that are going really well in your life looking at the positives and Ultimately Reprogramming that autopilot to be more positive These are simple tools and techniques that you can use throughout the course of the program And you'll easily be able to remember them and apply them to your life in the future Particularly when you're going through a really difficult time So join me in this 10-day course Take care
