This course is designed to help you uncover your inner knowing—the deep wisdom that resides within all of us. For four sessions, you will learn how to calm your emotions and find clarity of mind, enabling you to discern the difference between mental chatter, emotional reactions, and true inner wisdom. You will also practice quieting your mind so that you can listen more deeply, both to yourself and to others. As you progress, you will embrace growth, recognizing that connecting with your instincts, intuition, and deeper intelligence requires an openness to continual development and the ability to view situations from a higher perspective, time and again.

Hello, and welcome to Cultivating Instinct and Intuition. I'm Joanie, and I'm here to guide you to discover and cultivate your own deep inner wisdom. This course will help you to access that deep inner knowing that we all have present inside. But first, we need to learn how to calm our emotions and find clarity in our mind. We need to learn how to discern the difference between mental chatter, emotional reactivity, and that deep inner wisdom we're seeking. Once we do that, we can practice getting quiet so that we can listen more deeply. From there, we can grow into our instinct, our intuition, and what I consider to be the highest form of human intelligence, inner wisdom, inner knowing, access to our highest self. So join me in this course and learn how to cultivate your instinct and intuition.
