Hello and welcome! This is a gentle, supportive series designed to help you prepare for a plant medicine ceremony and to support you in the days that follow. You might be here because you're feeling curious, nervous, excited, overwhelmed, or perhaps all of those all at once. However, your arriving is completely okay. There's no right way to use this space. There's only the way that meets you where you are. If you are someone that needs more time, more clarity, or more softness, you are deeply welcome here. You are not behind, you're not too much, and you don't need to be fearless, and you don't need to be fully ready either. You just need to begin, gently, honestly, within yourself. So, let's talk about what this series is, how it works, and how to use it. This course includes five lessons, each with a short teaching and a guided practice. You can move through them weekly or at your own pace. Four of them are meant to be listened to once a week in the month leading up to your ceremony. The fifth lesson is here to support you after your ceremony, when you've come through the experience and are beginning to make sense of what already happened. So, the structure is simple. Week 1 will help you explore with your intention, why you're coming to ceremony, and what's quietly calling you. Week 2 focuses on supporting your body, offering practical ways to nourish yourself physically and calm your nervous system. Week 3 introduces emotional grounding tools so you have practices to return to if fear or intensity arises during ceremony. Week 4 is all about clearing space and softening control. It's not about getting everything perfect, it's about creating enough room, whether it be mentally, emotionally, or physically, for whatever needs to be moved through. And then, once your ceremony is complete, the post-ceremony teaching is here to help you begin the process of integration. That means reflecting on what you experienced, reconnecting with your body, and allowing space for meaning to emerge, without needing to rush or figure it all out. You don't need to listen to all of these in a row, and you don't need to feel spiritually advanced or emotionally prepared to begin. You just need a little time, a quiet space, and the willingness to show up exactly as you are. So, now that we've talked about what this series is, let's talk about what this series is not. Well, this series is not a substitute for guidance from your ceremony facilitator, therapist, or integration team. It's not a clinical or spiritual prescription, so please continue to follow any preparation and aftercare plans offered by those that you trust. This series is a rhythm and an anchor. It's also a soft container to return to when things feel big, fast, or hard to name. It's a space to check in with your breath, your body, your nervous system, and it's an invitation to slow down, especially when your mind tends to speed up. So, you can pause, re-listen, do less, or just sit with the silence and take a deep breath. You're already here, and let's begin together.
