Hey there friends, I'm Weston McWhorter and I want to welcome you to Reclaiming Power, the second course in the Self Mastery in Three Movements series. Whether you're arriving here after completing Coming Home or this is your first step on the path, you're exactly where you need to be. This course is an invitation to reclaim the parts of yourself that have been scattered, silenced, or shaped by someone else's story, and to begin leading your life from the inside out. It's not about power over others, it's about power as clarity, as presence, as the ability to choose your truth and live from it. Over the next four weeks, you'll be guided back into relationship with your voice, your energy, your boundaries, and your integrity. You'll begin to rewrite the internal narratives that have kept you small or silent, and step into a fuller expression of who you are. In week one, we begin by shedding old stories. You'll gently explore the identities and beliefs you've inherited, and begin to release the ones that no longer feel true. In week two, you'll start rewriting the narrative. This is where you reclaim authorship of your life, choosing what you want to believe, who you want to be, and how you want to live. Week three, the focus turns to energetic alignment. You'll learn to honor your life force, cultivating boundaries, listening to your body, and moving in rhythm with what fuels you. And in week four, we close with embodied confidence. This is about walking in your integrity, trusting your voice, and showing up not as someone trying to prove anything, but as someone rooted in truth. Each day, you'll receive a guided meditation, a journal prompt, and a reflective question to help you integrate this work in your real life.
