Welcome to Return to You. This course is a sacred space for healing and reclaiming the truth of who you are. A space where you are invited to reconnect with the version of you that has always been whole, the version of you that may have been buried beneath the noise of heartache, false beliefs, and illusion. Over the next seven lessons, you'll be gently guided inward through grounding, energy clearing, intuitive reflection, and soulful integration. This course is here to support your return to authenticity. Together, we'll peel back the layers of survival and self-protection. We'll meet the parts of you that long to be seen, heard, and held. And we'll begin the process of calling your energy back, anchoring you into your truth, your boundaries, and your inner peace. After each teaching, there will be a guided meditation along with a reflective question to further your introspection. You are encouraged to move through this journey at your own pace.
