Hi, I'm Kinga Kramer and I want to personally welcome you. If you've ever found yourself reacting in ways you didn't mean to, snapping, shutting down, overthinking or getting stuck in emotion, this course was made for you. The freedom of non-reactivity, the art of conscious choice is a five-day journey to help you gently shift from automatic emotional reactions into empowered presence. You learn how to recognize the early signs of reactivity in your body, allow emotions without judgment and create the inner space where real choice and clarity can emerge. Each day builds on the last, combining insights from neuroscience, somatic awareness and guided practice to help you feel more grounded, more aware and more in control, without needing to suppress what you feel. This isn't about becoming perfectly calm or emotionally detached, it's about coming home to yourself, with more space, more breath and more kindness, even when life gets messy. With this course you'll get gentle audio teachings, a guided meditation to help rewire your response patterns, practical tools you can apply in everyday moments and simple, reflective questions that open awareness without pressure.
