In this course we embark on a transformative journey
guided by the insights around the nature of the human experience
and the seeking of calm within it. This course is inspired by my recent
experience of letting go of the queen of calm branding,
something which I have been carrying around for a good few years.
It's an invitation for you to explore the profound truth
that calmness is not something to be sought externally, but rather
a natural state that arises when we embrace all emotions and thoughts
with presence. In this course I'll be sharing my
realization that the pursuit of calmness through the mind only perpetuates
suffering and that true peace comes from
accepting the full spectrum of human experience
through engaging lessons, reflective exercises
and a chance to reach out and interact with me
