It's wired into our nervous system as a form of self-protection. But staying small comes at a cost. It keeps you from fully expressing yourself, stepping into opportunities, and living the life you truly want. That's exactly why this course exists. Welcome to overcoming the fear of being seen. The first step in this journey designed to help you move past fear, embrace your voice, and show up with confidence. But we're not just going to push through discomfort. Instead, we'll use EFT tapping to gently release the emotional resistance that's been keeping you stuck, so that you can step forward feeling safe, steady, and empowered. Over the next four sessions, we'll explore what visibility means to you and why it feels vulnerable, releasing the fear of judgement and rejection that keeps you playing small, letting go of perfectionism and the belief that you have to be good enough before showing up, and shifting your relationship with criticism so it no longer holds you back. Each session includes a short introduction, a deeper look at the psychology behind the issue, and an EFT tapping practice.
