Best listened to when you're doubting your timeline, questioning "why", or just needing to remember.
This is not about bypassing your emotions, it’s about helping the mental world experience trust while still feeling them.

1 Minute Affirmation Mantra - "Everything Is Working Out"

It doesn't always feel like life is working in my favor, but it's a narrative I am tired of repeating. And so today, I'm open to a new story. Today I will stop rehearsing the worst and I will start making space for the best. Today I'm reminding myself that delay doesn't mean no and feeling confused doesn't mean I'm falling apart. Today I'm trusting that what doesn't work out might just be pointing me somewhere better. Not everything has to make sense right now and not everything has to arrive right now. Because I know with certainty that my timeline is not broken, it is brilliant and beautifully unfolding. Even here, even in the pause where nothing might make sense, I choose to believe that I am supported in ways that I may not yet fully understand. And so today and every day from here forward, I proclaim that everything is working out for me. I no longer chase certainty, I choose it.
