17-Minute Guided Abundance Meditation

Hello and welcome to Mindful Meditations. Let's settle in. Find a comfortable posture, allowing the spine to be straight but relaxed. If you're sitting cross-legged or with your legs straight out, maybe finding some support behind the knees with a pillow or blankets. Settling in here. Gently taking in the room before closing the eyes. The spine is straight and relaxed. The eyes are closed but soft. Begin by taking three deep, slow breaths in and out. As you exhale, release tension, stress, and any thoughts of worry. Let your shoulders drop and your jaw soften. Allowing yourself to arrive fully in the present moment. Letting the outer world fade away. I want you to begin by calling forth from the mind and the heart your deepest intention for abundance. What does that look like for you? Not just monetary wealth, but abundance in opportunity, security, joy, and creative flow. Allowing your nervous system to settle in here with an intention that feels aligned and easy to imagine. The trick here is finding something that we wish for enough that we can tune into that's right on the edge, but isn't so far away that we disbelieve. Trust your innate capacity for expansion as you set that intention. State silently in the mind or out loud into the room a clear intention. For example, I choose abundance in all areas of my life. I open to wealth as a natural expression of my being. I am safe. I feel the intention as it already is. See it. Feel it in your body and let it become vivid. The clearer you can resonate on an image, a spot in the timeline in abundance, the easier this becomes. We're looking to create emotion and heart coherence. Feel the abundance in the body. The calm. The safety. The expansion. Let's begin inviting in gratitude, joy, freedom, peace and confidence. The abundance already is flowing to you. It's with you now. You just need to feel it. Synchronize your heart and your mind. Your mind holds the intention and your heart feels the emotion. They are aligned. You are coherent. Inhaling in expansion. As you exhale out any doubt or worry. Letting it go. Thanking it for its protection and containment. For the job that it used to do. Imagine wrapping your loving arms around doubt. Saying thank you. I don't need you anymore. This is goodbye for now around abundance and expansion. I don't need protection or containment. I achieve what I want effortlessly. Because it is in perfect alignment with who I am. As doubt flows away through your exhale. It is with love that we say goodbye. And we welcome in abundance, safety and expansion. Focusing on the breath. Exhaling and letting go. Inviting in a visualization. Imagining your life exactly as you desire it. With wealth and abundance fully manifested. See your bank account. Your income from your work flourishing and flowing in. Hear the sounds around you in the future. The people. The conversations. The abundance. It is in alignment with who you are. It is easy. It is safe. Feel the sense of financial ease. The freedom of flow. Notice your posture. The way you move. The way you take up space. Fully inhabit the future moment as though it is already happening now. For it already is. Let yourselves remember the frequency of abundance. As you hold that vision. An elevated emotion. Allowing any limiting beliefs, scarcity, fear or worry to surface. Acknowledge them. Don't judge them. Like skimming scum off the top of a pond. Gently swirling up into the net all of those limiting beliefs of scarcity, fear. Sifting them out from the rest of the pond. Creating space for something new. With each inhale, draw in the new energy of belief, worthiness and abundance. With every exhale, let go of worry, fear, scarcity and limiting beliefs. Affirm, I am worthy of wealth and abundance. Abundance flows to me naturally. I am prosperity without struggle. Continuing to follow the breath. Letting the vision of abundance soften into your being. I achieve what I want effortlessly. Because it is in perfect alignment with who I am. Offer gratitude for this moment. For what is on its way. For the abundance that is already present in your life. Feel yourself supported by life. By source. By the energy of abundance. Know that from this place, you will carry this new pattern forward. Begin to bring awareness back to the room right outside the body. While keeping the eyes closed. Maybe wiggling fingers and toes. Scrinching the eyes and the sockets. Pressing the tongue to the roof of the mouth. Noticing the light behind the eyes. Gently inviting bigger movements. Maybe taking some stretches. As you thank yourself for showing up today.
