With the fires happening all around Los Angeles, including around my own home, I wanted to create a moment of nervous system reset and peace for all to come back to center. Sending love to all and infused this 3 min with as much reiki as I could.

3 Min Peaceful Reset For Sleep & Anxiety

If you can, I want you to take a minute to pause. Turn off the news, put your phone down, and just listen to my voice. You deserve a moment of peace, a moment of reset, a moment of quiet in the chaos. Take a deep breath in. I want you to visualize a gleaming white light surrounding your lungs, surrounding your heart space. Feel it expanding you, feel it holding you, feel it protecting you, protecting your organs, protecting your cells. Breathe it in and hold it. And then let it go. It's okay to feel right now. It's okay to feel anger. It's okay to feel sadness. It's okay to feel exhaustion and emotional overwhelm. Take a deep breath in. Hold it. Let it go. I want you to envision a bubble of white light surrounding your body, surrounding your space, covering you in a bubble of protection, love, peace. Feel a warm blanket around you. Give yourself permission for a moment of peace in the midst of chaos. Re-center your nervous system. Take a deep breath. And let it go. No matter what you see on the news, no matter what's going on in the world, no matter what our friends are going through, no matter what's going on outside of us, you can always come back to center. There's always love surrounding you. Find your home inside of you. Find gratitude for all that you have. Find peace for even just a moment and try to send as much love out to everyone who needs it that you can.
