With this short meditation, I invite you to join me for a walk into the dry hills of Kimolos on a sunny summer day.
 
There we meet two cicadas who seem to be having a conversation. 

A deep Tibetan bowl takes your monkey mind by the hand and slowly fades into the background over these five minutes. 

Notice how your body softens under the Greek sun, how the singing bowl slows your breath and how the two cicadas keep talking in their own natural rhythm.
