Namaste! This is part 2 of the Series: "A Brief Reminder For Your Soul".
Every now and then, each one of us needs some loving reminders about our time here on Earth. This series is meant to bring some comfort, warmth, and guidance to you, during times when you may feel lost or disheartened.
I invite you to close the loop by sharing your thoughts in the comments after you listen to this.
If you want to listen to Part 1, it's available on my page. Come, join the family.
I shall close with our reminder for today: "Slow down, You're doing fine"
Much love.

Slow Down, You Are Doing Fine

Namaste. I was listening to a comforting song by Billy Joel recently which had these two lines that I wanted to share with you. Slow down, you're doing fine. You can be everything you want to be before your time. So I thought our next reminder could be about this. The next time you find yourself racing against time, looking at everyone around you and wondering if somehow you are late. As though you have missed a seat on the bus of life. If there are milestones that you're yet to hit or if everyone around you seems to be doing better than you are. I want you to take a deep breath in, exhale and consciously slow down. You're here to take a journey of your own at your own pace. The supposed deadlines of the world to be married by a certain age, to complete your education by a certain age, to own a house, have children etc. are guidelines that work for some but not for everyone. You get to decide your own goals by when and how you would like to achieve them. You get to write your own definition of success and happiness. Remember your life is a gift, it's not a competition. Slow down and enjoy your journey here on earth. Let me know what crosses your mind as you listen to this. You can do that by leaving a comment once this audio gets over. Meet you in the next reminder. This is Soumya, Namaste.
