Remember it's okay to have these feelings, they are part of the human experience. Allow this meditation to be a beacon of light guiding you back to a space of balance and calm. Let's embark on this journey together. Begin by finding a comfortable position, either sitting on a chair with feet flat on the floor, sitting cross-legged or lying down. Allow your hands to rest naturally on your lap or by your sides, and if it feels comfortable for you, I invite you to close your eyes. Now inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your lungs and belly, feeling the life force entering your body. Then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension or heaviness. Repeat this three times, grounding yourself in this present moment. Inhaling deeply through your nose, expanding your lungs and belly, exhaling slowly through your mouth, releasing tension and heaviness. Acknowledge how you are feeling at this moment without any judgment and whisper softly to yourself, it's okay to feel this way, I am safe, I am okay.
