A Tool To Become More Loving No Matter What Life Brings You

Hey there, conscious creator. My name is Anthony, and thanks for hitting play today and being here with me. There are so many segments and tiny moments throughout our day. Some more exciting than others, some more challenging than others, but many are mundane, filled with monotonous activities and tasks that we can easily sleepwalk right through, or just want to get over with as quickly as possible. In this session, I'm going to share with you a reflection, a bit of a challenge for you today. But really, it's a tool. A tool that you can call on at any point throughout your day to handle any moment and enter any situation with ease, grace, and with love in your heart. Ultimately, this tool is a way to transform the way you experience your day-to-day life into a loving one. So if you are able to get comfortable right now and close your eyes, please do so. And let's just slow down and get quiet. Feel your feet grounding you to wherever you are right now. Slowly slow down your breathing, get into your body, and make the choice to be here right now. There's nothing to do, and there's nowhere to be. And of course, don't forget to put a smile on your face. But more importantly, feel yourself smiling from the inside. I invite you to play this little game with yourself today, and maybe every day for the rest of your life. It goes something like this. How much love can I have in my heart today? How much love can I have in my heart today? Ask this question sincerely when life presents challenges, or anytime you feel uncomfortable in even the slightest of ways. You can see moments like these as a knee-jerk reaction to get more loving. For the present moment, and essentially for life itself, ask it. Feeling tired, bored, agitated? Time to get more loving. Stuck in traffic? Well, time to get more loving. Arguing with your partner? Overwhelmed at work? Time to get more loving. When your mind drifts, gently steer it back and get more loving. Wherever you are emotionally, mentally, or physically, in any moment, in any part of your day, embrace it and get more loving. And if you're thinking you don't know how to get more loving, sure you do. You are love itself. Just place all your attention, your entire mental focus, on your heart. But you don't have to force it. You don't have to analyze it. You just have to remember to do it. Just remember to ask the question, how much love can I have in my heart today? Set your intention right now and affirm with me. Today, no matter where I am, no matter where I am going, no matter what I am doing, and no matter who I am with, I give my attention fully and completely to unconditional love. And I sincerely ask, how much love can I have in my heart today? I invite you to explore this possibility for not only your day ahead, but for your entire life. What would happen if you would carry this attitude with you, day after day after day? How might you experience your reality? Take a few moments to linger with this. The powerful thing about this question is that every time you ask it, you are essentially training yourself to experience more love throughout your day. Little by little you condition yourself to connect with the love in your heart, the truth of who you really are, which is love itself, no matter the situation you are in. If you commit to this attitude and sincerely ask the question, how much love can I have in my heart, you have the ultimate tool to be one with life. Because when life gets uncomfortable, when life gets hard, it's no problem, because you get more loving. What a beautiful way for us all to exist. Keep coming back to this.
