Manifest Abundance While You Sleep

I'll be guiding you today into a deep sleep and directing your subconscious mind with positive thoughts around true wealth and abundance to help you liberate any subconscious blocks that you might have around wealth, money and abundance. This meditation will help guide your subconscious mind into a feeling of abundance as you drift slowly off to sleep. This window of time just before you drift off to sleep is the most powerful moment to influence your subconscious mind. And if you consistently listen to this each night as you go to sleep, you will notice a shift in your thoughts and feelings around abundance. You will begin to notice new opportunities seamlessly, magically appearing, or new creative inspirational ideas just coming to you. This is the power of getting your subconscious mind on side. So as you drift off to sleep, listening to my voice, your subconscious mind will take over and continue to receive the positive affirmations as you sleep. You will sink into a deep sleep and wake up in the morning feeling refreshed, revitalized and in a more positive state of mind. Listening to this meditation each night will help to replace any negative subconscious thought patterns around money or wealth that you might have and shift them into that of unlimited wealth and abundance in your life and you're going to begin to see just how easily and effortlessly you can receive your potential desires when you've got your subconscious mind on side. So let's first begin by focusing on just one thing that happened in your day to day that made you feel thankful. Gratitude is an easy but powerful way to tap into that feeling of abundance. It could be as simple as your morning cup of tea or catching the sunset on your way home from work. Just focus and bring to mind now this one thing that you're grateful for, however big or small, and allow yourself to really enjoy and savor that moment right now again. Involve all of your senses, smell, taste, now appreciate that moment once again. Start by taking a deep breath in, take another deep breath in through your nose, now feel your chest relax, feel your stomach relax, now your thighs, your calves sinking deeper into a relaxed state, your feet and your toes, you are now at the ball, safe and relaxed. Now I want you to focus on the desire you want to manifest. Pick just one thing and be as specific as you can. Set the clear intention of what you want to receive, visualize in your mind how it feels to have it in your life right now. Give yourself permission to receive the feeling of already having your desire. There is so much abundance in your life right now. You can now think about all of the things that you want to do now that you have manifested your desire into your life. Let your mind completely relax as you think of all of the possible things to do with this desire now that it is already in your life. It is in your life, right? Now we're going to let go of this desire, trusting in the process, trusting that what you have asked for is now taken care of. Now, as you let go, you are getting deeper and deeper into your bed, you are so sleepy. As you feel yourself sink deep into the bed, it feels so good to rest your head into your comfortable pillow, and you rest deep into your heart center now, knowing that your greatest desires and dreams for wealth and abundance are already everything you have desired. You can now repeat the following affirmations if you like, or simply relax into a deeper sleep and allow your subconscious mind to take over from here, and it will receive these affirmations as you sleep peacefully. I am receiving money in exchange for doing what I love now, and trust that my desires are manifesting effortlessly.
