This guided visual meditation can assist you with pain and fatigue. It has been infused with Reiki, and it will help aid you in relaxing and healing. It is a merging of cosmic universal wisdom and chakra wisdom.

Activating Your Inner Healer

 Hello and welcome to this meditation. My name is Scott William Thompson and I am a spiritual teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher and a meditation teacher and I am so delighted that you have decided to take a moment and take a pause and start working on your own inner healing abilities. And at this time I invite you to find a really comfortable place. It could be your bed, it could be a nice comfortable chair. Also make sure that you are not going to be disturbed. I highly encourage you not to be listening to this meditation if you are driving or operating heavy machinery. Or going to go tap into your own inner energy healing centers in this meditation. So it's really important that you find a good space for you to just be and to be absolutely comfortable. As my meditation teacher would say, comfort is queen and we want to make sure that we are always comfortable when we are beginning a meditation. And so as you sit or lie down with your eyes closed, I want you to become aware of your body. Imagine the energy of your body swirling up and down your spine like a vortex. And as you open up your sensitivity, I would like you to inhale your breath to the count of four. Go ahead and exhale. And when you inhale to the count of four the next time, I want you to imagine a golden white light coming from the cosmos penetrating the top of your head. And I want you to see this light traveling to the centers of your body that are causing you pain. This could be physical pain. This could be emotional pain. Whatever is causing you to be separated from your joy, from your own inner peace, I want you to use this light and direct it into the centers of your body where this pain is evident. And once you're able to locate where the pain centers are, you're going to breathe in that light to the count of four and then you're going to exhale that pain out of your mouth, visualizing it like a gray mucky mist just coming out of your mouth. So you're going to breathe into the count of four, one, two, three, four, and you've breathed into that space and now you're going to exhale it out through your mouth. Exhaling to a full count of four. Let's go find another space. Breathe in, breathe in that light to the count of four, one, two, three, four. Now get rid of it out. One, two, three, four. Go ahead and work with this process now as you are bringing in that vibrant golden white and focusing it in on those areas in your body or in your mind or in your heart or in your soul. It's causing you a disconnection from your joy. Go ahead and work with it now. Okay, now go ahead and never breathe. Stop it now. of Great. Now I want you to envision your body enclosed in a bubble. And this bubble begins to float up to the ceiling with you in it. And it rises. It rises out through the roof of your home. And as you sit in this bubble, you can see your neighborhood below. You can see the houses and the roadways and all the activity along the way. This bubble now transports you to a beautiful park which you see up in the distance. It's lined with so many trees and green grass. You're able to see a lake. Looks like there's swans in that lake. There's trails all over the place. And as this bubble begins to descend, you begin to smell the perfumed air of the roses and the tulips and the lilacs and lavender and marigolds. Just take it all in. And as the bubble descends, it lands gently on the grass, and you step outside your bubble and you sit on a marble bench. Everything seems so vibrant and alive. It's time that we match that. It's time to create your perfect, healthy body. And now as that cosmic golden light from the heavens enters your body, it now merges with the natural energies of your physical body. You begin to let go of everything that keeps you from feeling good. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Now let's start at the base of your spine. This golden cosmic light from the heavens coming down now, joining the red energy of the root chakra. It's bringing aliveness and vitality to your body. This red energy is stimulating your circulation and removing any blockages from your blood. The red passes through the adrenal glands and dissipating any worry that you feel and you're much more relaxed. Any fatigue that you have, that feeling is gone. The cosmic energy moves now into the spleen, into the sacral chakra, causing the orange light to travel up and down your body. It's stimulating your mental functions. Your courage is strengthened and your inhibitions are dissolved. This light surrounds your kidneys, your gallbladder, your spleen, correcting what is necessary to bring them to proper functioning. This cosmic light now moves next into your solar plexus center, right above your belly button. And this cosmic energy intermingles with the yellow light of the chakra. This intuitive center affects your nervous energy and your nervous system, so it brings calming to your nerves. The digestion and elimination processes of your colon, your intestines and your liver are all properly balanced and purified. As this cosmic energy now moves into your heart, you feel an optimism as the green light merges with the cosmic forces. It opens your sense of love and peace. If you have high blood pressure or heart problems, the green ray of energy dissolves any inadequacies and brings healing to that space. Emotional problems are neutralized. The faces of people who've been tugging at your heart are now surrounded by this cosmic energy, and you feel safe and comfortable. And as you visualize the throat area now, the blue light emerges with that golden white light. Your sense of self-expression is opened and you are able to communicate easily and be more yourself. Your creative abilities are unblocked and free to take charge. Let that flow in. Watch them dance around your throat chakra, opening, soothing, balancing. Cosmic energy now moves up into your third eye and the indigo ray purifies your vision and disperses your fears. If you've had any head trauma or mental problems such as depression or anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, you name it, whatever mental disorder there is, this indigo light is soothing this area and is correcting any imperfections. Now we go to the top of your head. The violet flame mingles with the golden white light and opens the doorways to your spiritual enlightenment. Any nervous conditions, tumors, rheumatism, headaches, they're all enveloped by this violet light. They are now ready to be healed. Breathe and you feel so much better than before. Now visualize yourself in your everyday situations. People are commenting that you look so well. You're so calm. There's a certain energy around you and you smile because you know it's true. Your health has been restored and you feel energized. Know that this healing energy is at work in your body and every day you feel stronger and healthier. And now breathe in that golden light one more time. Big deep breath in. And release anything that's still hanging on. One more big deep breath, light breath in. And let go of anything left hanging on. Now wiggle your toes. Feel your fingers. Give yourself a gentle stretch. And when you're ready you can open your eyes. And you can return to this meditation anytime that you're feeling physical or emotional pain. You know that the universe has your back. Namaste. Namaste. Namaste. Namaste. Namaste. Namaste. Namaste.
