Affirmations For Conscious Evolution

Hello and welcome. The following affirmations have been created for your transformation. We are all here to transform and evolve. That is your soul's mission this lifetime. If you listen to these affirmations on a regular basis, you'll begin to feel and see positive shifts happening in your life, because your subconscious mind is taking in this new information and creating a new transformed reality. In the space between the affirmations, focus on your breath or imagine the words being absorbed into every cell of your body. You can listen to these affirmations while sitting, lying down, moving or walking. The power is within me to transform my mind. I have the power to transform all that I wish to transform. It is safe to change. I easily let go of all that no longer serves me. I am an energy field of peace. I am an energy field of love. My inner harmony creates my outer harmony. I am both form and formlessness. I live within both the form and the formlessness. My physical being and my spiritual being are in complete balance. I am a multi-dimensional being. I am easily transitioning from the third dimension into the fifth dimension. It is safe to transform into a higher version of me. My mind intelligence runs through me always. I listen to my heart. I am open to signs and guidance. I am always divinely guided. It is safe to be true to me. I let go of the opinions of others. I am true to me. I listen to my truth. I follow my truth. I express my truth with love. I live easily and lightly on the earth. The earth is my home and provides for me. All I need flows to me with ease. I manifest all that I need for my growth, my joy and my enlightenment. I am worthy and deserving of all that is in my highest good. I am worthy and deserving of my abundance. The universe is abundant and therefore I am abundant. Everything flows to me in divinely right timing. I always have enough money to do what I desire. That which I seek is also seeking me. Whatever I can dream I can create. I am a powerful co-creator. I create through my intention. I create in cooperation with my divine source. I ask and it is given. My heart is open and it flows with love. I care for myself. I am the most important person in my life. The love I feel for myself I extend out to others. I give out love and therefore I receive love. I am willing to forgive those who have denied me my good. I am willing to forgive myself for past mistakes. Life is a school and I am here to learn and sometimes I learn through my mistakes. I let go of all toxic emotions, anger, resentment, hatred, guilt and shame. I let go of all that isn't love. All there is is love. I am conscious and aware in all my relationships. I choose to see the good in others. I choose kindness. I choose compassion. I am compassionate with myself and others. I reap what I sow. My loving words and actions create good karma. I expand into ever more love, joy and freedom. I am joyful. I am free. In every moment I am free to choose. Everything I need to know is shown to me. Anything that is not shown to me I don't need to know. My life is simple. My mind is clear. Everything I need is here in the present moment. I am present in the here and now. In every moment I choose divinely right action. I easily let go of the old so as to bring in the new. I let go of the story of the past. I let go of past pain and trauma. I am clear. I am free. I am present. I let go of the future. I let go of all worry, anxiety and stress. I allow the future to take care of itself. All I have is now, this present moment. Time is on my side. I always have enough time to do what I need to do. Everything happens for me at the right time. I release the need to control time or to battle with time. Time is my friend. There is no need to race through my life. I slow down. I have all the time I need. I accept what is in the here and now. I live fully in the now. All the answers I need exist in the now. I follow my bliss, the path that inspires me. I do what I love and I love what I do. I live consciously and purposefully. I am so grateful for all that I have. I appreciate my life. I appreciate me. I appreciate that every challenge in my life is here to show me something. I am open to learn new lessons. I am open to new possibilities. I am exactly where I need to be right now. Beauty is all around me. I can see the beauty in any situation. I see the beauty in myself and in others. I smile. I laugh. I see the wonder of life. I notice divine serendipity working in my life. I nurture my mind, my body and my spirit. I love being me. I find peace within. My body is a temple and I look after it. I feed my body healthy, life-giving food. I drink plenty of water and I exercise. I am well on all levels. I love my body and my body loves me. My life-force energy flows freely within me. My life flows along with simplicity, grace and ease.
