 Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly, relaxing your body with each breath. Give yourself permission to unwind and deepen into your presence. Taking your awareness to your heart center in the middle of your chest and visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body bringing forth your divine I AM presence, your eternal timeless spirit.
