From the New Thought tradition, this is an Affirmative Prayer for letting go of anxiety or fear thoughts, and deepening into the Truth of the Spiritual Reality. There is One Infinite and Divine Presence and we are ONE with it. Know "I AM that I AM" and there is no fear that can be sustained.  In this meditative practice, you will deepen into the breath, the Presence and remember who you are as a part of the Divine.

Affirmative Prayer For Faith And Releasing Fear

 Hello my friend, my name is Dr. Jeanette Freeman and this is an affirmative prayer to release fear and stand in faith. So I take a breath. Feeling and able to let go of fear in this moment and to remember a deeper truth. I bring my attention and awareness to the breath. For as I breathe and connect to the present moment, I begin to let go of the busy mind. The place where fear dwells. With every breath, I tap into the presence. I feel the gentle inflow and outflow of the breath right within me. And I remember a deeper truth. One holy presence. A divine presence I call Father, Mother God, infinite spirit, divine one. There is no place that this presence does not dwell. This presence is light and love and joy and peace. This presence is wisdom and intelligence. It is all powerful and all knowing and ever present. I take a moment to feel into this presence in my every breath. To have a real and palpable experience of this presence. For only in the real experience can I let go of the illusion of fear. And I am willing to release the illusion of fear right now. By remembering the truth. The spiritual truth that there is one infinite presence. And is truly the truth of who I am. The little egoic fears and made up anxieties are not the truth of who I am. And the more I remember and believe and have faith in this one infinite truth, the fear cannot exist. I am reminded in this moment that I am created out of this divine presence. That I am this divine presence. And that my true nature is the divine presence. I am that I am. I strengthen my faith in the real. I strengthen my faith in the true. It is the truth. One presence. One power. One life. God and only God. Life and only life. Love and only love. I am that. I am. With my every utterance of I am, I am reminded of who I am. I am one with God. I am one with life. I am one with love. I am one with this presence. With my every breath I am reminded of this truth. And I choose with all of my heart to believe in this power. In this presence. That there can be no faith in fear. For the fear falls away in the light of such faith. God and only God. Life and only life. And when the body comes and goes, life continues. God continues. Love continues. I can allow the affairs of the world to continue. For I am strengthened in my faith. That there is one life. And that life is God. And that life is wholeness. And that life is my life now. I am that life. I am that life. I am that I am. And I am reminded that every time I say I am that I am. I am grounded in faith in the truth of my being. And the fear falls away for lack of attention. I am so grateful. I am so grateful to know and witness this life. And unify with this life. And so grateful that it continues to inform my heart, my mind, my body in all ways. And I am the peace. I am grounded in faith. And so I'm grateful. I'm grateful to just let it be, to let it go, and to rest now in peace, in faith and truth, knowing all is well. All is well. And so it is. Amen.
