Allzu oft verlängern wir unser Leiden, indem wir im Widerstand sind mit dem, was da ist. In dieser Meditation möchte ich dich unterstützen, in die Akzeptanz zu gehen und das da sein zu lassen, was da ist.

Die Übung "Spüren und Erlauben" stammt aus der "NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering®"-Coaching-Methode von Britta Kimpel.

Allzu oft verlängern wir unser Leiden, indem wir im Widerstand sind mit dem, was da ist. In dieser Meditation möchte ich dich unterstützen, in die Akzeptanz zu gehen und das da sein zu lassen, was da ist.


Akzeptieren, was ist durch Spüren und Erlauben

 Namaste. In this meditation, it is about accepting what is there through an exercise called feeling and allowing. Too often we are in opposition to what is there and reinforce the feelings on a physical level and the emotions that are associated with it additionally through this resistance. And with this meditation, I would like to support you to go into acceptance and to let what is there be there. Find a seat of your choice for this meditation or you can also practice it lying down. So find yourself in the position in which you want to spend the next minutes of this meditation. And when you have taken this position and found it, then close your eyes and begin to feel your body as a whole in the position in which your body is currently. And if there is a current topic that stresses you, that drives you crazy, that doesn't let you sleep and with which you are just struggling, then take it in now. Call up the topic internally, about the thoughts that are associated with it or if it is a certain situation, go into the situation mentally again or by imagining it. And then feel in what this situation triggers on a physical level in you. Where in the body do you feel a reaction to these thoughts, to the situation you are struggling with? Name it, for example. I feel a burning in my right hand or I feel that my heart is starting to beat very fast. I feel that my muscles are tense in my stomach. No matter what it is, what you perceive, name it once. And then stay with your attention on this feeling and give the space what is there. Let it be there and consciously feel into the physical reaction to the thoughts or the situation. Now perceive if something has changed. Either on the feeling you had before or if you landed in another area of your body with your attention. Perceive what is now in the focus of your attention. What do you perceive most strongly in your body? And then stay here for a few moments to consciously perceive what is there and to give yourself into this physical reaction instead of avoiding it. Stay with this feeling that is generated in your body. Give this feeling space. Perceive whether and what has changed by perceiving and allowing what is there. What has changed? Where is your attention now? What can you perceive in your body? And again, go consciously for a few moments into the perceiving and allowing of what is there, what is present in your body in reaction. Perceive if something is still needed. If it needs a last round of perceiving and allowing or if you just want to perceive your body as a whole, if you want to focus on your breath. Feel free to do exactly what is important to you, what you need now and what is your need. And at the end of this meditation, take three deep breaths. Breathe in through the nose and out through the open mouth. Breathe in deeply through the nose, out through the mouth and last time, breathe in deeply through the nose and out through the open mouth. Whenever you are ready, open your eyes and come back to your daily routine. Namaste.

 Namaste. In dieser Meditation geht es darum, zu akzeptieren, was da ist, über eine Übung, die sich Spüren und Erlauben nennt. Allzu oft sind wir im Widerstand mit dem, was ist, und verstärken die Gefühle auf körperlicher Ebene und die Emotionen, die damit verbunden sind, zusätzlich durch diesen Widerstand. Und mit dieser Meditation möchte ich dich dabei unterstützen, in die Akzeptanz zu gehen und das da sein zu lassen, was da ist. Finde für diese Meditation einen Sitz deiner Wahl oder du kannst sie auch im Liegen praktizieren. Finde dich also ein in der Haltung, in der du die nächsten Minuten dieser Meditation verbringen möchtest. Und wenn du diese Position eingenommen und gefunden hast, dann schließe die Augen und beginne deinen Körper als Ganzes zu spüren, in der Haltung, in der dein Körper sich gerade befindet. Und wenn es ein aktuelles Thema gibt, das dich stresst, das dich umtreibt, das dich nicht schlafen lässt und mit dem du einfach haderst, dann nimm das jetzt mit rein. Ruf dir das Thema innerlich auf, über den Gedanken, der damit verknüpft ist oder wenn es eine bestimmte Situation ist. Gehe in die Situation gedanklich nochmal hinein oder indem du sie dir vorstellst und dann spüre hinein, was diese Situation auf körperlicher Ebene in dir auslöst. Wo im Körper spürst du eine Reaktion auf diesen Gedanken, die Situation, mit der du haderst. Benenne das also beispielsweise. Ich spüre ein Brennen in der rechten Hand oder ich spüre, dass mein Herz ganz schnell anfängt zu schlagen. Ich spüre, dass meine Muskeln im Bauch angespannt sind. Egal was es ist, was du wahrnimmst, benenne es einmal und dann bleibe mit deiner Aufmerksamkeit auf diesem Gefühl und gib dem Raum, was da ist. Lass es da sein und spüre bewusst in die körperliche Reaktion auf den Gedanken oder die Situation hinein. Nimm jetzt wahr, ob sich etwas verändert hat. Entweder an dem Gefühl, was du vorher hattest oder ob du mit deiner Aufmerksamkeit bei einem anderen Bereich in deinem Körper gelandet bist. Nimm wahr, was jetzt im Fokus deiner Aufmerksamkeit ist. Was nimmst du in deinem Körper am stärksten wahr? Dann bleibe auch hier für ein paar Momente dabei, das ganz bewusst wahrzunehmen, was da ist und dich in diese körperliche Reaktion hinein zu geben, anstatt sie zu vermeiden. Bleib bei diesem Gefühl, was in deinem Körper erzeugt wird. Gib diesem Gefühl Raum. Spüre wieder hinein, ob und was sich vielleicht verändert hat durch das Hineinspüren und Erlauben dessen, was da ist. Was hat sich verändert? Wo ist jetzt deine Aufmerksamkeit? Was kannst du im Körper spüren? Gehe auch hier noch mal ganz bewusst für einige Momente in das Spüren und Erlauben dessen, was da ist, was in deinem Körper an Reaktion vorhanden ist. Und spüre mal hinein, ob es nun noch etwas braucht, ob es eine letzte Runde braucht, Spüren und Erlauben, oder ob du einfach deinen Körper als Ganzes wahrnehmen möchtest, deinen Atem fokussieren magst. Fühle dich frei, genau das zu tun, was gerade für dich wichtig ist, was du jetzt brauchst und was dein Bedürfnis ist. Und zum Abschluss dieser Meditation nimm drei tiefe Atemzüge. Atme durch die Nase ein und durch den geöffneten Mund aus. Tief durch die Nase ein, durch den Mund aus. Und ein letztes Mal durch die Nase tief ein und durch den geöffneten Mund aus. Und immer du soweit bist, öffne deine Augen und komm wieder voll und ganz in deinem Alltag an. Namaste
