Thank you for joining me today for this Crystal Meditation. Today we will focus on the clarifying and inspiring energy of Amethyst. Find a comfortable and quiet space, grab your amethyst crystal, and let's begin. Write down any messages you receive throughout the meditation. Begin putting these insights and inspirations into action TODAY to take advantage of this crystal energy.



Amethyst Crystal Meditation Practice For Clarity

 Welcome and thank you for joining me today for this crystal meditation. Today we're going to focus on the clarifying and inspiring energy of the amethyst. So first find yourself a comfortable and quiet space to sit. You may want to burn some sage or diffuse your favorite meditation oil to help cleanse and sanctify this space. Once you feel settled in, go ahead and pick up your crystal and place it in your receiving hand. Now this is most likely your non-dominant hand, which for most of us is your left hand. So go ahead and pick up your crystal and place it in that receiving hand. Let us begin today by taking three cleansing breaths into the nose and out with a sigh. On the first exhale I want you to feel yourself releasing stress and fear. So inhale through the nose and out releasing stress and fear. Breathe in again and out releasing confusion. One more time in and out releasing pain. I want you to continue breathing at an even and comfortable pace. Settle further into this moment within this sacred space. Now turn your attention to the amethyst resting peacefully in your hand. Close your eyes and consider the uniqueness of your particular crystal. How does it feel in your hand? Is it warm? Is it cool? Can you feel a gentle pulse or vibration? Does it have edges or a smooth polished surface? Take a moment to consider all these aspects of the physical essence of your amethyst. Consider its beauty and its power. Take a moment to thank your crystal in advance for the energy it will be transferring to you throughout this meditation. Now let's connect further. Connecting with its spiritual essence. Do you feel any emotions associated with your amethyst? What does the purple of your crystal represent for you? Continue to focus on your crystal getting closer and closer to it with your mind's eye. Imagine yourself getting smaller and smaller as at the same time your crystal grows larger and larger. Eventually your amethyst becomes large enough for you to enter and sit down inside it. Once you are comfortably seated, look around you. What do you see? Now focus on the energy that surrounds you. Let this energy wash over you, envelop you, soothe your spirit, and cleanse your aura. Allow the clarity and inspiration of your amethyst to melt into you and become entwined with your own energy. Let's spend a few minutes within this clarity continuing to breathe evenly and comfortably. As you sit in silence, ask yourself are there any questions that you would like to have answers to or any advice that you seek? We'll now spend a few minutes in silence as we await these answers and this guidance. Now that you have received the clarity that you desire, take a moment to express your gratitude for this guidance. Breathe in this new clarity, instilling it within your being. And now you are ready to begin the journey back into your day. Step outside your amethyst and watch as it grows smaller and smaller and you grow larger and larger until once again it rests in the palm of your hand. Again, thank your crystal for its help and guidance throughout this meditation. And as we end, let us end with those same deep breaths that we began with. Breathing in clarity, breathing out confusion, breathing in clarity, breathing out fear, breathing in clarity, breathing out pain. Now gently when you are ready, you may open your eyes. You may wish to take time to write down any messages received during the meditation. I also recommend that you take a moment as soon as possible to begin putting this new clarity into action. Take action on these steps that you have received, this information, this guidance to help confirm and solidify it within your life. With that, we have now come to the end of our clarity meditation.
