Ancestral Healing Meditation

 Welcome to this deep soul healing meditation. This is a guided ancestral journey to heal soul trauma from previous lives. It will allow the safe space needed to acknowledge and release it. There is a great power in healing ancestral wounds to heal the past, present and future as the entire lineage evolves, breaking age-old inherited beliefs and trauma. This is an energy healing and a discovery of multi-dimensional aspects that are affecting your current life. This meditation will help you access and heal these wounds, providing a deeper meaning to your life. There is a power in owning your story, accepting the generations before as they were, acknowledging truth and deepening your connection with knowing that everyone has a place. Everyone matters. What happened is not your fault. However, it is your responsibility to release what doesn't belong to you and take ownership of what does so that you can enrich your life. Find yourself a private space as we take a journey to connect you to the spiritual realms and the realm of the ancestors. Settle yourself down into a comfortable position where you can relax and enjoy this special time just for you. To honour the wisdom you possess inside and the wisdom from those who you come from. I invite you to close down your eyes and become aware of your breathing. Consciously begin to slow your breathing down, deepening your inhalations and concentrating on pushing out every bit of air you can as you exhale. Your breath is the most intimate part of you. As you begin to relax your body, allowing each breath to clear your mind of any thoughts or worries, perhaps you can notice that each breath relaxes you deeper and deeper into a natural rhythm, just right for you. Nice and easy. And as you're breathing nice and easy, I invite you to set the intention to connect with only your helpful ancestors who have your highest good in mind and want to help you fulfil your soul's purpose. You may like to think about who you are and where you are in this moment. Remember that every part of you has been woven together by the fabric of your ancestors, the good and the bad, their blood, their experiences, their beliefs, their patterns, their pains, their joys all run through you and shape you. Take a few deep cleansing breaths and notice any physical sensations you may feel. Sometimes you may notice a shift in body temperature or a tingling sensation in a particular part of the body. Notice behind your closed eyes, you may see colours, images or shapes in your mind's eye. When you are ready, this is a good time to speak your intentions either out loud or the inner whisper of your soul. Whatever feels right for you is perfect for you. And you could say, on this day, I wish to connect with the ancestor that can take me back to the beginning of my life and provide me with the most guidance at this point in my life. And if you know the name of the ancestor you'd like to connect with, you can state their name and call them. And if you know the name of the ancestor you'd like to connect with, you can state their name and call them in. And while you are in this relaxed state, simply observe and notice any sensations you might feel and take as much time as you need to allow feelings, images or sensations to come to you. And if nothing has come through, that's okay. All you need to do is relax and allow your unconscious mind to be there for you. That's right. Your powerful unconscious mind, the deeper part of you, knows exactly what to do. And all you need to do is focus on being in this relaxed space. And as you relax with every breath, perhaps you can see a positive ancestor, someone who wants to help you. See who it is that steps before you. An ancestor with an open heart and a high vibration of light. You may know them or not. They belong to either your mother's line or father's line. Allow them to be with you and breathe in their essence of love and light. And as you continue to breathe in and out and relaxing more with every breath, your ancestor is beckoning you to join them in this space of pure love. And you feel safe and secure and take a journey to return back to the beginning of your life. A time when you accepted yourself fully and without a question and lived in the great I am. Take a moment and allow the ancestor to connect you with that part of you. And as you see that part of you, notice over time when you took on doubts and judgments of yourself that felt real and true. Perhaps you can recognise the stories and the false beliefs of yours and of others. These traits, thoughts are exactly that. Stories. And all you need to do is observe the story that has come through. Notice the pattern. Notice the core emotion. And notice the thought within you. Observe any scenes. Observe what is happening. Who is there? What are the feelings? What sensations might you be experiencing? What is the belief system underlying it all? Allow the ancestor to help you understand the pattern. The negative energy coming from the ancestral line. Notice where is the wounding? How does it live within you? Within your thoughts? Within your body? Notice all the negative influences, negative emotions, patterns, behaviours, circumstances and events as they are. As they show themselves to you. One by one. You can trace them back, way back. Way back. Way back. Way back. Way back. On the family line of mother and father. And as you do, you can use your breath and on the exhalation, you can release it out of your body and into the ground beneath you. This is the time to heal the ancestral wounds passed down. And as they release, you can ask your ancestors to help you release and let go. Release. Let go. You can allow yourself to feel the truth of your authentic self. The qualities that is always waiting underneath the stories, the patterns, the false beliefs that are not yours. That's all they are. And you can recognise them as false and release and let go. Release. Let go. Creating space to forgive. Knowing the people in your family all did the best they could with what they knew at that time. And with every new breath in, you can feel the life force of your authenticity. That's right. Be amazed by who you really are at the core. Allow yourself to accept all your self love that is in every cell, every fibre of your being. You are love. A whole human being connected and important to the web of life. Can you feel your heart space expand out? Become warmer. Can you feel a softening? A lightness? As you allow more space for love, acceptance and celebration of you. Your heart warms as though the sun is sending its warm rays into your whole body from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes. Feel the blessing that is here and now with you. Breathe in deeply. Expand and release. Expand and release. Breathe in and release. Breathe in and release. Breathe in and release. The air around you swirling with the energy of nature. The essence is around you cleansing your spirit, offering you healing and opening your intuition. These spaces were used in ancient times and you may feel like it's familiar now. Allow yourself to relax and know that you are safe. Your power is here. You can now choose a different way. Breathe in and embody the quality, the energy of love, freedom, trust and courage. What is your deep desire? Breathe it in. And notice how it feels like in your body, in your life. Breathe out and expand this new energy outwards. Radiate it outwards all around. All around you and into the future. And as you feel what you feel, notice your circle of elders who have been waiting to offer you pure love and energy. Your spirit feels alive. People have been gathering for thousands of years to welcome the connection, the bridge between their ancestral spirits and their reality. Your ancestors offer guidance when asked. They can bring you clarity. The mysteries and secrets are within you. They are passed along in your bloodline. In your cells. Your living energy force. The codes of old are all there within you. You only have to remember who you are. Listen to your truth. Because it is time to heal and to live your truth. Feel your connection to your soul. You are understanding. Strong. Receiving your soul streaming down into your body. And feeling the love. Connection to your ancestors. That's right. Breathe in and release. Your ancestors are around you. They are wise. Loving and holding space just for you. Do as you are pulled. Perhaps you wish to move your arms, dance or sway your body. Sing, chant or be still and take it all in. As you welcome your power and your connection to your ancestors. One of the elders in the circle comes to you with an object in their hand. Relax. And breathe. And you are welcome to take the object with your hand. To receive it. What impression do you get? What images, colours, words come to you? How does it feel to touch? To hold? You are welcome to carry this object with you. And remember what intuitively came through for you. That's right. You have come here to release. To forgive. To let go. What do you need to ask the elders now? What do you need to say? You were loved in this space. The light of the worlds between can only see your wholeness. It is okay to speak your truth here. Breathe these words into the circle before you. I am worthy. I am more than enough. I am free from the restrictions and confines of my ancestors pain. I am at peace in my mind, body and soul. I am my ancestors dreams of a better way. I am healing the past, present and future. I can learn from my ancestors while continuing to be the best authentic me. What are you calling in from the place of more spaciousness that you wish for your being? Ask the elders if they have anything they need to share with you. As the time comes to leave the circle, know that you have awakened a place that was waiting for you. Feel the line of the grandfathers and grandmothers and generations before them behind you. Sustaining you. Feel how it gives you strength as you face the timeline of your future. Feel your ancestors power holding you as you walk the path of light in front of you. Breathe the white light of their wisdom within you. As you exhale, you breathe the white light of your gratitude back into them. Bring into your awareness anything else they need to share with you. These can come in the form of images, sounds, words, phrases in your head, a feeling, a sensation or even a smell. And you can take some time now to thank your ancestors who have helped shape and create you. And you can say, I honour your divine wisdom. The negative pattern stops with me. I now choose a different way to be. I am wiser, stronger and empowered. And you can tell them whatever else you need to say. You can return any time to this place. Your elders are here now and on your path beside you and ahead of you. Feel their power and strength supporting and guiding you as you walk the path of light in front of you, feeling powerful and connected. And I'll give you a minute silence, integrating all your past learnings into a new movement forward.... It's time to come back to the present moment with all the new resources and knowledge you have gained in order to help you with your spiritual development and physical and mental well-being. In a moment, I will count from one to five. And when you hear the number five, you can slowly open your eyes, feeling relaxed, calm and peace. One, slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you. Two, calm and peaceful thoughts flowing through your mind. Three, feel the energy, understanding and wisdom flowing from every direction. Four, coming all the way back now, feeling powerful, connected, healed and supported, knowing something fundamentally has changed. Five, your eyes opening wide awake, take a deep, comfortable breath and stretch your body as you return feeling calm, relaxed and peace, honoring your truth...................
