This is a short but effective guided practice that leads you on a gentle visualisation to clear and enhance the radiance of your auric field, lighten your energy field and create a healing and comforting space. Together, we call upon healing and clearing bright light from our crown, and then upon pink and purple clouds of love in from our hearts, before ending by choosing our image of auric protection moving forward. The music used in this track includes a deep droning 'om' vibration. Allow this to wash over you, connecting you to universal intelligence and love. It also contains the frequency of 432, said to align us more with our hearts, and to universal intelligence and divine guidance. Get back in touch with yourself, your spirit, your love.

Aura Cleansing Meditation

 Welcome to the Aura Cleansing Meditation. Sit or lie down and find a comfortable position. Close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep calming breaths with me. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Again one more time, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. We begin by rooting ourselves into the earth, to the core of the earth, with the purest frequency of connection, grounding into magic and love. Focus on your root chakra or just around the base of your spine. And visualize a ruby red energy and light gently glowing there. With your intention, gently and subtly send this energy down to connect with the core of the earth. Allow this to happen in a very smooth and organic way. This light knows where to go to connect and the earth happily receives you and your energy. There is an energy field around you constantly, like a giant egg or a bubble or just rays of light around you. It's here to protect you and shield you, to nourish you. In your mind's eye, I want you to scan your aura for any holes or dents or leaks of energy. And these can look different for every person, but you will know when something feels a little off that needs some love and healing and repair work doing. If you are angry at someone or if someone is angry at you and sending negativity towards you this can sometimes appear as holes in your aura in my experience. Now we will begin to repair and smooth out this energy field by calling in some light and healing. I want you to focus on the crown of your head and imagine a sun-like ball of light appearing above your crown. It moves and flickers, shining a golden and white light. Now watch as this light begins to pour and flow down, covering your energy field slowly and with care, like liquid healing light. Watch it smooth out any dents or bruises. Watch it fill any holes with light, shining even brighter and brighter. So much light is flowing through now that it covers every part of you, going through all of your energetic bodies and your physical body, and you are so full of light you can shine out brighter and brighter. Like you are your own sun, radiating, bringing joy, bringing healing. You see as your aura and energetic field now pushes light out from the front, the sides, the bottom, the top and the back of you. Now feel this energy as it reaches a peak and begins to slow down. You are still radiating, still shining this bright light. Now I want you to imagine a purple and pink light, almost like a smoky, cloudy light, emanating gently outwards from your heart area. It flows out slow and steady, like clouds, and as it does you can feel it healing and smoothing over any upsets, any hurts or any bruised parts of your auric field, calming your energy, sealing the healing that the bright white light performed. Let it be like a comforting blanket of reassurance and strength. For the power this purple and pink energy is bringing you. You have now successfully healed and repaired and nourished your aura, cleansed it of all negativity and fear and hurt. Before we leave this space we will prepare our auras for the outside world to shield you and protect you even more. I want you to visualize this shielding in a way that most resonates with you. It can be a glowing light all around you, it can be like a crystal egg around you, it can be a colour you choose, one that gives you strength, it can be energetic flowers around you, amethyst crystal, deep green trees, whatever vibrates and sings the loudest song to you and your soul is the right answer. I like to choose white or gold but my favourite at the moment is a rainbow energy and light surrounding me, creating a big egg of energy and light all around me, deflecting any attacks or negativity or weaknesses trying to invade my space. Imagine this light or image now sealing you off from any invasive and unwanted energy. In this way you can shine out your radiance even stronger and positively affect your environment and those around you in order to help others and yourself more fully. Sit with this visualization for a few moments. You are now protected, refreshed, strengthened and more connected to the magic of the earth, more connected to the energetic healing realms and you are moving forward with ease and grace. When you are ready bring your attention back to your physical body and to the room around you and move about your day with power and love.
