Awakening Abundance And Manifesting Prosperity Meditation

 Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into. Wayne Dyer. Start by sitting comfortably in a room with no distractions. Close your eyes and draw your attention to your breath. Slowly inhale and exhale, softening your body with each breath. Allow your body to relax, sinking into its foundation. Notice how comfortable you are. If you experience any tension, allow it to flow out with every exhale. As you inhale, take in a higher level of relaxation. Observe how the universe provides you with the comfort and well-being that you need. All you need to do to access it is to breathe it in. Bring your attention to the feeling of contentment in your body. Notice how good it feels. At this moment, you have everything that you need. This abundance is always available to you. The surface under your body is perfectly supportive. The temperature of your space is ideal. If it's not, take a moment to get even more comfortable. The sound of my voice is soothing. Observe how gratified you feel at the moment. It's okay to want to immerse yourself in this feeling at all times. It's okay to want more of this. Now extend your awareness beyond your body. Shift your attention to the world outside of the space that you're in. In your mind's eye, notice how abundant the trees are. There are trillions of blades of grass covering the earth. The rain falls, making rivers and streams swell with liquid wealth. Those bodies of water flow into the oceans, where the droplets continue to move in the steady stream of richness that exists within the universe. Nature doesn't try to make itself smaller when it feels like it's getting too big. Flowers open to absorb more sunlight. Trees extend their roots to absorb more nourishment. You are an element of nature too. You are part of this cycle. You have the power of consciousness. You can use your awareness to attract everything that you desire. Allow yourself to explore what's holding you back. Your external circumstances mirror your desires. Those deep subconscious yearnings will guide your life if you keep blocking them and stuffing them away. Because with a higher energetic vibration, you can be more intentional about manifesting what your conscious mind wants. And repeat these affirmations that will help strengthen your energy. I am whole and all of my desires are valid. I don't judge myself for wanting those things. I am abundant. I am safe. I am loved. Now allow yourself to visualize the life that you want. Sometimes you have to break down the limiting beliefs that you've lived with for years before you can truly have faith in the positive statements. Just stating those phrases out loud or in your mind's eye raises your frequency so that you can begin to attract abundance today. Remember that you can always come back to this meditation to strengthen your foundation with an abundant mindset. Abundance flows through the universe.
