Méditation guidée de balayage corporel (ou body scan) des pieds jusqu'à la tête. Il n'y a pas de bonnes ou mauvaises sensations, ni même d'obligation de ressentir quelque chose; l'important est d'explorer avec un esprit curieux et bienveillant ce qu'il y a de présent dans son corps ici et maintenant. 
Cette pratique a pour but de cultiver sa capacité à être pleinement présent moment par moment. 

Balayage corporel

 Welcome to this body scrub. I will guide your attention on the different parts of your body, from the feet to the head. There is no good or bad feeling, or even obligation to feel anything. The important thing is to explore without forcing, without judging, without trying to feel or even trying to relax. Just be present with curiosity and kindness. You are free to open your eyes, move your body, modify the practice by bringing your attention, for example, to another part of the body or another reference point, or even stop the practice if you feel the need to. You can come back to the guided practice at any time, if you wish. You can do this body scrub sitting, lying down, or even standing up if you are afraid to fall asleep. The important thing is to find a comfortable position that allows you to stay awake throughout the practice. However, if you fall asleep, it is because your body needed it. Take a few moments to adjust your position. Close your eyes if it is comfortable, or just lower your gaze. Now pay attention to the breath, especially the air that comes in and out of your body. Now turn your attention to your feet, the contact of your feet with another surface, the floor, the bed, the mattress. Explore the sensations at the level of the different parts of your feet, the toes, the sole of the feet, the heel, the top of the feet, the two feet in their entirety. It is possible that there is nothing in particular to notice. Just note that there are no sensations and keep a curious mind. Notice how the ribs open and close with the breath. Maybe feel your heart beating. Now turn your attention to the shoulders. Are the sensations similar or different? Maybe notice some sensations of discomfort or tension. Now turn your attention to the hands. Explore the different parts of the hands. The palm of the hands, the top of the hands, the wrists. Now turn your attention to the arms. Now turn your attention to the armpits. Now turn your attention to the shoulders. Now turn your attention to the neck. Maybe you feel some tension, maybe not. Now turn your attention to the front of the neck. Now turn your attention to the back of the head. Now turn your attention to the scalp. Explore the sensations of the ears, the lobe of the ears, the exterior, the interior. Now turn your attention to the forehead. Let it relax if you feel the need to. Now turn your attention to the eyes. Now turn your attention to the nose and the nostrils. Maybe you feel the difference between the fresh air that enters the nostrils and the hot air that comes out. Now turn your attention to the cheeks. Maybe you feel the sensations of the muscles. Maybe you don't feel anything. Explore the sensations of your mouth, the interior of your mouth, your jaws. Maybe they are tense or relaxed. Maybe you feel the sensation of your tongue and the position of your tongue in your mouth. Maybe you feel the sensation of your lips. Now turn your attention to the whole of your body, from the feet to the head. Maybe you feel your body that feels, that breathes, that hears what is here and now. Be aware of the points of contact of your body with another surface. Now take a few moments to thank yourself for taking the time to take a break and feed your ability to be more present. Do not judge your practice, appreciate it for what it is, as it is, with curiosity and kindness. Open your eyes if they were closed. Move your fingers, toes, ankles, wrists and stretch if you feel the need. Carry with you this awareness of the present moment for the rest of your day. Thank you for sharing this practice with me.

 Bienvenue dans ce balayage corporel. Je vais guider ton attention sur les différentes parties de ton corps, des pieds jusqu'à la tête. Il n'y a pas de bonne ou mauvaise sensation, voire même d'obligation de ressentir quoi que ce soit. L'important est d'explorer sans forcer, sans juger, sans essayer de ressentir ou même essayer de se détendre. Juste être présent avec curiosité et bienveillance. Tu es libre d'ouvrir les yeux, de bouger ton corps, de modifier la pratique en amenant ton attention par exemple vers une autre partie du corps ou un autre point de référence, voire même d'arrêter la pratique si tu en ressens le besoin. Tu peux revenir à tout moment à la pratique guidée si tu le souhaites. Tu peux faire ce balayage corporel assis, allongé, voire même debout si tu as peur de t'endormir. L'important est de trouver une position confortable qui te permet de rester éveillé pendant toute la pratique. Cependant si tu t'endors c'est que ton corps en avait besoin. Prends quelques instants pour ajuster ta position. Fermez les yeux si c'est confortable ou tout simplement abaisser le regard. Portez maintenant son attention sur le souffle, notamment l'air qui entre et sort de ton corps. Tournez maintenant son attention vers ses pieds, le contact de ses pieds sur une autre surface, le sol, le lit, le matelas. Explorez les sensations au niveau des différentes parties de tes pieds, les orteils, la plante des pieds, le talon, le dessus des pieds, tes deux pieds dans son entièreté. Il est possible qu'il n'y ait rien de particulier à remarquer. Juste notez alors qu'il n'y a pas de sensation et maintenez un esprit curieux. Amenez maintenant son attention vers les chevilles, les os, les tendons, les ligaments. Remontez vers tes mollets et les tibias. Tournez son attention sur ses genoux, l'avant, l'arrière, les côtés, les jonctions avec les mollets et les cuisses. Montez vers les cuisses, l'avant, l'arrière, l'extérieur, l'intérieur. Sentir peut-être des points de contact. Tournez maintenant son attention vers tes hanches. Explorez les sensations qu'il y aurait à trouver. Englobez maintenant les deux jambes des pieds jusqu'aux hanches. Explorez les différentes parties ou les prendre dans son entièreté. Remarquez peut-être une différence entre les deux côtés ou pas de différence. Si son esprit vagabonde, ramenez son attention vers la jambe. Encore et encore. Tournez maintenant son attention vers le bas du dos. Remarquez peut-être des tensions ou pas de tension. Une différence entre les deux côtés ou aucune. Remontez vers le milieu du dos, puis le haut du dos et l'arrière de la cage thoracique. Sentir peut-être l'impact de la respiration là. Posez peut-être son attention sur l'espace entre les deux homoplates. Tournez maintenant son attention vers son ventre et explorez les sensations s'il y a des sensations. Remontez vers le diaphragme et sa cage thoracique. Explorez les sensations de la respiration. Remarquez peut-être comment les côtes s'ouvrent et se referment avec la respiration. Sentir peut-être son coeur qui bat. Tournez son attention vers ses deux épaules. Les sensations sont-elles similaires ou différentes ? Peut-être remarquer quelques sensations de gêne ou d'inconfort ou de tension. Tournez maintenant son attention vers ses deux mains et explorez les sensations de contact. Explorez les différentes parties de ses mains, ses doigts, la paume de ses mains, le dessus, les poignets. Posez son attention sur ses deux bras en explorant les différentes parties. Remontez jusqu'à ses aisselles puis englobez ses deux bras du bout des doigts jusqu'aux épaules dans son attention et laissez se poser là quelques instants son attention. Montez maintenant vers son cou, sa nuque. Peut-être ressent-on quelques tensions ou peut-être pas. L'avant de son cou, y sentir peut-être les effets de la déglutition ou de son pouls. Remontez vers l'arrière de la tête, son cuir chevelu. Explorez les sensations au niveau de ses oreilles, le lobe de ses oreilles, l'extérieur, l'intérieur. Tournez maintenant son attention vers ce front. Le laisser se détendre si jamais il en ressent le besoin. Vers ses yeux, explorez ses globes oculaires, ses paupières et ses cils. Descendez vers son nez et ses narines. Sentir peut-être la différence entre l'air frais qui rentre au niveau des narines et chaud qui ressort. Portez maintenant son attention sur ses deux joues. Explorez peut-être les sensations au niveau de ses muscles ou ne rien ressentir. Explorez les sensations au niveau de sa bouche, l'intérieur de sa bouche, ses mâchoires. Peut-être sont-elles tendues ou détendues, sa langue et sa position dans la bouche, ses lèvres. Maintenant tournez son attention sur l'entièreté de son corps, des pieds jusqu'à la tête. Sentir peut-être son corps qui ressent, qui respire, qui entend ce qu'il y a ici et maintenant. Prendre conscience des points de contact de son corps avec une autre surface. Prendre maintenant quelques instants pour se remercier d'avoir pris du temps, ce temps pour faire une pause et nourrir sa capacité à être plus présent. Ne pas juger sa pratique, l'apprécier pour ce qu'elle est, telle qu'elle est, avec curiosité et bienveillance. Ouvrir les yeux s'ils étaient fermés, bouger ses doigts, ses doigts de pieds, chevilles, poignets et s'étirer si on en ressent le besoin.
