Bathing In Self-Love And Trust

Take a deep breath in, deep, deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax. I bring my focus to my heart. Because right behind my heart is another vortex point, a zero point. Right at the thymus gland, behind my heart. I just visualize or imagine this point behind my heart and I visualize that this vortex point holds a sphere, an energy field, all around it. And this sphere, this energy field, is my emotional field. I begin to bring up all the emotions that keep me stuck. The first one is confusion, confusion, chaos, the overanalyzing, the trying to figure things out, this anxiety, this panic, the fear, the guilt, the shame. The shame that I'm still stuck. The fear of the future, the fear of the unknown, the fear of not knowing what to do, the fear of making a mistake. I bring it all up, I bring it all up. Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I imagine that those frequencies are filling this sphere around my heart. This sphere fills up with all these frequencies. I take a moment to observe all of these emotions. This is me. This is the way I have been up until now. Confusion, anxiety, feeling stuck, feeling paralyzed, not knowing what to do. I bring it all up, the shame, the guilt, all of it. I feel it, it is all there. I feel it, I see it, I look at it. Yes, this was me, but it is over now. I look at it and I say, I am done with all these frequencies. This is not who I really am and how I want to feel and function moving forward in my life. So I am letting go now and I am saying goodbye to all of these emotions that was me up until now. I accept that they served a purpose. They did remind me of the process, but they also made me unhappy. And that is why I am making the decision right now that I no longer wish to have these emotions and frequencies as part of my being. I no longer wish to be stuck in this cycle of misaligned emotions. I focus on them very clearly. I focus on them, on having been me and I say, it is okay, goodbye. I take a deep breath in and as I exhale, I imagine all of these frequencies being pulled, being sucked into the central point and this vortex absorbs all of these emotions. I let it go. I allow myself to release and I say, I ask to release my need to hold on to this old me. I release the fear of not knowing how I will become. Not knowing how I will process information moving forward. I am letting go of the fear of the unknown. Fear of who will be the next me. I am letting go. I am releasing and letting go of the way I have been processing things. I am letting go. I am deciding now that it doesn't work. It didn't work. I am still unhappy. I am letting go of my old way of processing my emotions, my feelings and information once and for all. I take a deep breath in and as I exhale, I continue to imagine all of these energies being absorbed into this central point. This is so very nice. And now, now I begin to visualize a pink light. Pink with white and gold. And I bring this light through my heart and I let it fill this entire sphere around my body. This is the energy we call Divine Mother. This feels very calming, very nurturing, very soothing, very loving. It feels like, ah, I can just dissolve and relax into it. It has an energy of safety and trust. And a feeling that is good. It is all good. All is well. I am exactly where I need to be. Where I want to be. And moving forward, I get to create the new me. And it will be spectacular. Take a deep breath in and as I exhale, I continue to feel this pink and white and golden light filling my entire energy field around me and also my body. My body starts to absorb this light and as I absorb this light, I continue to say, I am recreating the new me. My new emotional system will be calm and stable and filled with love. Self love. I choose to self love. Self love. Self protect. Self heal. Self align with the divine energies and the divine plan. I will direct my emotional system in a new way. Moving forward from the first moment as of now, I will feel the energy of love and self love at the base of my being. And moving forward, as I experience misaligned or uncomfortable situations, I will spontaneously revert to self love. I will emanate self love first. And I will allow others to also find their way into this self love. And so it is. Take a deep breath in and as I exhale, I continue to feel my energy field and my body with this pink golden light. And I deeply, deeply feel that I am truly loved. And so it is. Take a deep breath in and exhale.
