Take a moment to return to center as Skye guides you through this gentle, a acapella-esque ASMR-style meditation layered in soft, ethereal tones. Let yourself be held in stillness as you're reminded that there is nothing more you need to do -- just breathe.
Come back to this moment anytime you need to feel safe, held, and grounded.

Be Here

What if I told you that you're exactly where you need to be, in this moment, right now? What if I told you there's absolutely nothing else that needs your attention at this time? Just this breath, flowing in and out, rhythmically, methodically. Notice the air as it moves through your nose, the way your chest rises and softens with each exhale. You're not trying to change anything, you're just witnessing. The breath knows what to do, the body knows what to do. Trust it, trust you. You're doing so good, I'm really proud of everything you've done to get here. Every small choice, every act of courage, even the moments where you weren't sure you could continue, you did. Now, you're here. Sit with that. The feeling of accomplishment. The feeling of pride. Let it wash over you like a warm light. You did it. You can rest now. There's nothing more that's needed of you. You're allowed this space to rest. You're allowed this space to pause. You're allowed this space to surrender to this moment, right here. In this stillness, you are whole. You are a sovereign being. Let this moment hold you. Allow your breath to relax you. With each inhale, allow yourself to land here. Allow yourself to expand. With each exhale, allow yourself to release and just be. Your inhales to be soft and your exhales into this space. You are here. You are free. You are welcome to continue your day. Your thoughts. Your movement. You can come back to this place any time. Come sit with me again sometime in this space of being. You're doing a beautiful job and I'm so glad that you're here.
