Nature is continuously creative. I am nature. I am from this earth. The breath of earth breathes through me. The tides move in and out, pulled by the moon. Ebb and flow are natural. Exchange is natural. Collaboration is natural. Organisms work together. Cells work together. My body knows how to heal and communicate. I let my body heal. I let the nature in me know what it knows how to do. Creativity flows through me every day, every second, every breath. My body creates CO2, enzymes, hormones. My mind creates thoughts and ideas, visions, iterations, relating, sorting, evaluating, synthesizing. My hands make work, mold, material. May the work of my hands and mind be good for all life. May nature and universal consciousness use the material of my body and energy of my spirit towards the collective good. Let me rest enough to heal and hold the possibility of a creative tomorrow. Let me rest as the out breath that fosters renewal. Creativity craves emptiness before refilling.
