"Begin the Day with Clarity" is a short meditation for connection and focus. Center your mind, and align with what's important to you. This meditation is designed for daily use to support living a life of purpose and meaning.

Begin The Day With Clarity

 Find a comfortable, supported position. As your body transitions into stillness, bring attention to your senses. Notice any sounds, light, colors, scents, or tastes. Feel the touch of your clothes and the air on your skin, the contact of your body with the surfaces that provide support. Sense the movement of your breath, the touch of your skin, the touch of your skin, the touch of your skin, the touch of your skin, the touch of your skin, sense the movement of your breath, the vibrant aliveness and energy of your body, even in stillness. Rest into a sense of safety and well-being in your body, grounding into a foundation of calm and ease, peace and belonging. Invite memories, images, people or places that nourish feelings of being open, spacious, timeless, whole. Build your connection to well-being, expand its edges. It's not about creating something new. It's about uncovering what is already there, connecting with your innate wholeness and well-being. Where and how do you feel this in your body? This is your home base, your foundation. Now touch into what you value, what you long for, what calls you. With an open mind and without expectation, let your heart speak. Get clear on what's important to you. What could you use more of or less of in your life? What calls you? What gives you a sense of purpose and meaning? Let it arrive in the simplest of terms, in a word, a feeling, an image. Welcome what arises today and give it permission to develop over time. Whatever it is that matters to you, what does this look like in your life? How can you facilitate it? Small steps, consistent practices. Create an intention that supports the expansion of these things in your daily life. How will you align your thoughts, words and actions with what matters to you? Imagine going about your day connected to a foundation of peaceful tranquility that exists beyond circumstances, and living your life with purpose and meaning.
