Best Life Manifestation

 Find a quiet comfortable spot either seated or lying down and when you are ready close your eyes. Slowly direct your attention to your breath. Observe the soft flow of air coming in through your nostrils and the slightly warm air that leaving your nostrils. Give that flow of air permission to enter and exit your nostrils as it pleases. Without force, without judgment, just let it flow on its own. As that breath begins to soften more and more so too does your forehead relax more and more. Your neck muscles also relax more and more. Your jaw relaxes. Your tongue drops down. Your shoulders drop back allowing the weight of gravity to support it. Let the space between your joints open up. Feel each vertebrae in your spine floating suspended in comfort. You are exactly where you need to be right here, right now, with yourself, just you and your body. Your mind easily finds that open space of relaxation and stillness just being here without having to think, be or do. No pressure, only support beneath your feet. If you're lying down, feel that support beneath your back, beneath all of you, all of your weight fully supported by the earth. In this quiet space, you align with the natural flow of energy and the rhythmic vibration of Mother Earth nurturing, calming, peaceful. Mother Earth offers us unconditional loving support always. Circling the Sun in 24-hour cycles, gifting a sunshine during the day when we need it and allowing us rest in the quiet darkness when we need it. Every day and every morning the Sun shines brightly for us. Feel the warmth of the sunlight washing over you now, lighting up the center of your forehead, illuminating it with positivity, with imagination, with focus, with clarity, with what's important. With the one goal that shifts you forward to your best life. Allow that light to rest there in that vision. Let it tickle awake new ideas to make your big goal come true. The one goal that brings you closer and closer to your best life. Feel that reality coming closer to you now as you do more of what makes you happy. Feel every cell of your body beaming with joy, with positivity, with satisfaction, with love, with the vibrance it knows from long before. That power that you have within you to make conscious decisions and to take conscious action to master your reality. See that best life coming to you now closer and closer, clearer and clearer. You can smell it. You can taste it. You can feel it. You can hear it. All of those sounds of joy, laughter, bliss. That is you and that's where you are meant to be. Destiny calls to manifest your best life. So revel in that bliss. Take it all in. Feel your heart jumping for joy. Feel your smile wide as the sky. Feel your mind free as the open air. All around you, this vast space is available to give you 360 degrees of freedom. Whenever something challenging comes up, just step outside into that open space and take in that air. It's free. It's yours. Relax into that space and come back to you. Come back to this reality that is yours. Abundance is energy and it continues flowing. There's no stopping it. Like water, it flows around you and to you as you deliver value. You offer your truth, your strengths, your skills, your knowledge, your perspective. The world needs this and the world needs you. Slowly return your attention to your breath. Connecting back with your body. Gently wiggle your toes. Wiggle your fingers. Wiggle your nose. Feel that smile curling up on your lips.
