Breath For Calm And Clarity

A short guided practice to help you settle through the breath and return to calm steady clarity. If it's comfortable allowing the eyes to close or soften. You don't need to do anything out of the ordinary, just noticing your breath as it already is. Noticing the air moving in through the nose and leaving again. If the mind wanders that's completely natural. Simply guiding attention back to the sensations of breathing. Perhaps noticing the chest rising with the inhale and falling with the exhale. Shoulders rising and falling. Belly expanding and softening. Staying here for a few more breaths. Nothing to achieve. Just breathing in and breathing out. Letting yourself slow down. Breathing in and breathing out again. One more time. Inhaling and exhaling. When you're ready, bringing awareness gently back into the room. This concludes our mini practice.
