Calling In Spirit Baby

 Music Hello and welcome to Calling In Your Spirit Baby. This meditation is designed to help you call in the spirit of your baby. The baby that is meant to be born. The baby that is meant to come Earth side. And this meditation is based on the writings of Walter McKitchen, who wrote Spirit Babies. The background music you hear is Solfeggio Tonal Music 963 Hz, meant to help you connect to other realms. This meditation is meant to be done while sitting up with a straight, yet comfortable spine, either in a cross-legged position or in a seat with your feet flat on the floor. Gently closing your eyes now. Imagine a beautiful light floating above your headspace. Spirit Baby is all about love and playfulness, and in the world of energies that resonates with the color pink. So make this light a gorgeous light rose pink color in your mind's eye. Watching as this light moves into your headspace, illuminating your brain and all of the muscles of the face. Noticing as everywhere this light touches is instantly relaxed. You instantly let go. Your forehead smooths out. The tiny muscles around the eyes release. And your jaw goes completely slack as gravity takes hold. Noticing now or imagining that the light moves down now into the back of your neck and the throat area, you may even notice a little stretching of the neck. Notice more energy flows between the bones of the spinal cord. Notice a letting go and relaxing of your vocal cords and esophagus, and any strenuousness in your neck. The light moving down now into your shoulders and arms and hands. Some people carry the weight of the world on their shoulders, letting that go now. Nowhere else to be, nothing else to do. Just being here now. Feeling lighter, feeling that energy of love from the pink light. Noticing now your heart rate rhythm slowing down, getting calm, restful. And noticing your breath slowing as well. No need to change your breath. Just let it be how it is and watch it slow. Feeling the light now moving down into your middle back and abdomen, illuminating all of your organs, providing nothing but love. All love. You might even consider recalling a very special moment in your life where you felt deep, resonant love. The light moving down now into your lower abdomen and lower back, engulfing everything there with love, peacefulness, and healing. Moving down now into the hips and the thighs, knees and lower legs. And noticing as it leaves the bottom of your feet, travels down, down, down deep into the earth. Watching as the light takes any worry, anxiety, any desperation, any sadness, any toxins out of the body and down into the earth where it's recycled for good. And you feel peace. Complete tranquility. This is the energy of Spirit Baby. Peaceful, loving, easy. Calm and well. And now in this state, on this energetic level, we are going to call in your Spirit Baby. Part of this process is a chanting process because Spirit Baby often resonates with sound. And this chant is meant to convey, I welcome and acknowledge you as part of our family. So now, sitting with your spine straight, lay your hands on your thighs with the palms up. When you sit with your hands this way, you're conveying to the universe that you are in an energy of receiving. You are open. Just listening to your breath now or noticing, perhaps you notice cool air coming into your nose and warm air leaving. Maybe you notice your belly rising and falling or your shoulders moving. Just getting very present. And now we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. Imagine when you inhale that your breath is coming in like this pink light from above and being pulled down through the top of your head to the base of your spine. It's your root chakra. And as you exhale, the light finishes moving through the body, out through the bottoms of the feet, just as we envisioned in the exercise in the beginning. And now, we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. And now, we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. And now, we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. And now, we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. And now, we're going to get very intentional with the breathing. And now, focusing on your heart. Imagine your heart encircled with a beautiful, loving light. And the memory you thought of before, a loving memory, make a real effort to feel that deep, resonant love. This is going to help call in baby. And in a moment, we're going to begin a chant. This is that message for baby, I welcome and acknowledge you as part of our family. Now, imagine that you are a parent calling your child home for the evening. And the chant sounds like this. And this chant should be done in one breath. I will repeat this chant twice more. And now, repeat this chant either in your mind or with your vocal cords for the next few minutes. Okay. You You You And now, knowing that you've called in your spirit, baby. Ask baby to show you a sign that they're with you. A sign that's so undeniable you can't help but trust that it's them. May you be love. May you ask spirit baby for whatever you need. And may you trust that what you receive is true. May you be love. May you be love.
