Mindful Eating na Compulsão por Chocolate

 Welcome to the Mindful Eating practice, full attention in food, in our online week of conscious eating. I am Marcelo Anselmo and I will guide you in this practice called Choco Experience, where you will live intensely the experience of tasting your chocolate or a candy that you have now. I recommend that you be in a place with as little noise as possible, sitting in front of the table or the place where you are, just with a plate or a pot, with a candy, a tablet, a bullet in front of you. So I recommend that you, who is a chocolate lover, a lover, in love with chocolate, stuck in this food, do the practice with the chocolate itself, but if you do not have chocolate available now, do it with another type of sweet food, because our intention is also to promote this relationship with more caloric foods, sugary foods, within the perspective that Mindfulness, that full attention, that this philosophy advocates. With your eyes closed, you will pay attention to your breathing, bringing your attention, bringing your brain more present in this moment, more participative, especially to your body, inside your body, concentrating on it. Breathing, this element of internal anchor. Inhale, let go of the air. Taking into account the experience of the meal, the experience of eating this tasty food, which has several beneficial effects for health, but trying to stay at this level, without taking this to an almost additive behavior, using chocolate as a vehicle to minimize emotional triggers. This is the essence I want you to perceive. And try to flourish this from now on. Realize if this is not what is driving, what is making you devour chocolate in other moments. Or even stopping you now, in this relationship with food, you face to face with it. Maybe you are holding yourself, slowing down, so as not to advance, almost like a beast on top of this chocolate. Try to observe this behavior. Something very intimate. You with yourself. The most simple thing in this practice is not to blame yourself, to make yourself noticeable for eating this chocolate as a vehicle of emotional trigger, but what leads to it. Understanding that you can use other sources of pleasure, of rebalancing, of revitalization, not just the chocolate itself. Leaving this stigma, this thought, and inviting yourself to experience, to bring attention to this moment of meal. Live this moment. Bring this bar, this piece of chocolate, close to your senses. Let's go. Look at it, experience this vision, observing it, bring it close to your nostrils, absorb this aroma. You can also explore your touch, passing through the fingers of your hands, walking with this food at the stage of sensory activation, trying to make this activation a moment, a channel, to bring this information to your brain, so that you can make it a resource to actually eat less. Simply because this message also reaches the areas of your subconscious, region of the mind, highly connected to your emotions. When you feel fit, take a small piece of this tablet, a bite of the candy, the bullet, depending on what you have now, and experience this experience for it. Realize how simple it is. Get rid of these patterns, experience your relationship with this chocolate. If you have your mind away, thinking about things from the past or the future, bring your mind to now. And allow yourself to do this. Allow this pleasure that you like so much, that you want so much, experience it, feel it in the fullest way you can, chewing, inviting yourself to this experience, to live this moment. When you feel fit again, take a new piece to your mouth, trying to concentrate specifically on it. Realize that when you, as you chew, swallow this chocolate, how happy this makes, this generates for you, the feeling of happiness, of gratitude, of pleasure, and how beneficial, how healthy this is for your body, for your mind, for your emotions. You can change, for example, your lens on this observation, and observe it through the path of gratitude. Be grateful for having had the opportunity to experience, for being enjoying this experience, that is, leaving the thought of guilt and concentrating on the feelings of pleasure, of happiness, and thanking the universe for having the opportunity to have enjoyed this chocolate. Repeat these stimuli until the end, asking yourself again, bringing that question to your brain. What is the real state of my hunger at this moment? When you feel satisfied, stop, realizing that you can, when you want, when you prepare, preferably with these elements of conscious eating, eat this chocolate again. Feche os olhos, com os olhos fechados você irá levar a atenção à respiração, trazendo a atenção, trazendo o seu cérebro mais presente neste momento, mais participativo, sobretudo ao seu corpo ou para dentro do seu corpo, se concentrando nele, tendo na respiração este elemento de âncora interna. Inspire e solte o ar, inspire e solte o ar lentamente, procurando suavizar, harmonizar seu estado mental e corporal no presente momento para desfrutar desta refeição, trazendo uma pergunta muito intimista, interna, intrínseca, um autodiálogo, é isso mesmo. Sem realizar qualquer tipo de atribuição de valor para esta resposta sua, mas sim se convidando a perceber a magnitude da sua fome, e sobretudo com a prática do chocolate ou com doce, não estar descarregando nele ansiedade, frustrações, irritações, fazendo do chocolate um veículo para trazer você o equilíbrio. Procure discernir isso a partir de agora. O intuito é que você prove, que você desfrute deste chocolate por ele, por si só, se valendo da experiência da refeição, da experiência de comer este alimento saboroso, que tem diversos efeitos benéficos para a saúde, mas procurando ficar neste patamar, sem levar isto para um comportamento quase aditivo, utilizando o chocolate como um veículo para minimizar gatilhos emocionais. Esta é a essência que eu quero que você perceba. E procure aflorar isso a partir deste momento. Perceber se não é isto que está impulsionando, que está fazendo com que você devore o chocolate em outros momentos. Ou até mesmo freando você agora, nessa relação com o alimento, você frente a frente com ele. Talvez você esteja se segurando, se freando para não avançar quase como uma fera em cima deste chocolate. Procure observar este comportamento. Algo muito intimista. Você com você mesmo. O mais singelo desta prática não é você se culpar, se notabilizar por estar comendo este chocolate como um veículo de gatilho emocional, mas sim o que leva a isso. Compreendendo que você pode utilizar outras fontes de prazer, de reequilíbrio, de revitalização. Não apenas o chocolate, propriamente dito. Saindo deste estigma, deste pensamento. E se convidando a experienciar, a trazer atenção para este momento da refeição. Viva este momento. Traga esta barra, este pedaço de chocolate próximo dos seus sentidos. Vamos lá. Olhe para ele, vivencie esta visão, observando-o. Traga próximo das suas narinas, absorva este aroma. Você pode explorar também o seu tato, perpassando os dedos das mãos. Enfim, passeando com este alimento na etapa da ativação sensorial. Procurando fazer desta ativação um momento, um canal, de levar esta informação ao seu cérebro, para que você possa fazer dela um recurso para, de fato, comer menos. Simplesmente porque esta mensagem chega também nas áreas do seu subconsciente, região da mente, altamente conectada às suas emoções. Quando você se sentir com condições, apto, leve um pequeno conteúdo, um pedacinho desse tablete, o humor do bombom, a bala, enfim, dependendo do que você tiver agora, e vivencie esta experiência por ela. Perceba o quão singela é isso. Se desarme destes padrões, vivencie esta sua relação com este chocolate. Se você estiver com a sua mente distante, pensando em coisas do passado ou do futuro, traga a sua mente para o agora e se permita isso. Se permita este prazer que você tanto gosta, que você tanto quer, vivencie-o, sinta-o da forma mais plena que você puder, mastigando-o, se convidando a esta vivência, viver este momento. Quando você se sentir apto novamente, leve um novo pedaço à sua boca, procurando se concentrar especificamente nele. Perceba que quando você, conforme você vai mastigando, engolindo este chocolate, o quão feliz isto faz, isto gera para você, a sensação de felicidade, de agradecimento, de prazer, e o quão benéfico, o quão salutar é isto para o seu corpo, para a sua mente, para as suas emoções. Você pode mudar, por exemplo, a sua lente sobre esta observação e observá-la pelo viés do agradecimento. Agradecer por ter tido a oportunidade de vivenciar, por estar desfrutando desta experiência, ou seja, saindo do pensamento da culpa e se concentrando nas sensações de prazer, de felicidade, agradecendo ao universo por ter a oportunidade de ter desfrutado deste chocolate. Repita estes estímulos até o final, perguntando-se novamente, trazendo aquela pergunta ao seu cérebro. Qual o real estado da minha fome neste momento? Quando você sentir-se saciado, pare, compreendo que você pode, quando você quiser, quando você se preparar, preferencialmente com estes elementos do comer consciente, comer novamente este chocolate.
