Hello and welcome to this nighttime, go to bed, tuck you in meditation, and this meditation is dedicated to my little one, Sheila Jr. aka Pumpkin, and my name is Tracy McCree and as Pumpkin calls me, Frey Frey. So this is my Frey Frey meditation to my pumpkin girl, dedicated to her, and this is to all the little ones. I'm gonna tuck you in with my words of affirmation. So get yourself nice and comfortable and ready for bed, and just so you know, I have lots of fun with Pumpkin, and she'll tell you, and we have our favorite stuffies all around, stuffed animals. So yeah, grab your favorite stuffies, and Pumpkin likes to lay on her mom's chicken wing. So we call it the chicken wing. It's like that right when you open up your arm and kind of in that little armpit area. So get into your mom's chicken wing, or your favorite stuffies chicken wing, or your pillow. Get nice and comfortable, and I'm gonna read you some affirmations. So as you drift off to sleep, I want you to hear my words and allow yourself to just gently drift away as you listen to the positive things that I'm going to say. And maybe you can picture your classmates telling you these things, or your favorite dolls or stuffed animals, as they're all around you, your stuffies. And the first one is, you are courageous, you are strong, you are simply amazing, and you are. And whenever you're around, the world seems to be a better place, a much happier place, and the sun shines whenever you're around. Everyone you meet knows there's something special about you.
