This practice is designed to help you feel connected to your angels and spirit guides, or what I call your "team of light." Simply allow yourself to rest into the loving arms of your guides, and feel safe, loved, and protected, no matter what's going on in your life. A soft, soothing practice for day or night.

Circle Of Light Meditation

 Welcome, my friend. This is one of my favorite practices to do when I am feeling alone or scared or just feeling like I need some connection. I like to call this the circle of light meditation, it is all about connecting with your spirit guides, your angels, your team, and really feeling supported, guided, and protected by them. So you can do this meditation anywhere you would like. I would recommend doing it either sitting or lying down, somewhere where you can be quiet and you won't be disturbed for a bit. So I invite you to just get comfortable, close your eyes, and take several deep, long, slow breaths, really coming into your body, into this moment, seeing if you can relax every muscle of your body, relaxing your jaw, your neck, your shoulders, relaxing your forehead, unclenching your hands, coming into a place of openness and softness. Now I believe that all of us, every single one of us that have come here to Earth School has a team of spirit guides in various shapes and forms who have come to walk alongside us during this journey. And this meditation is a way to connect with those guides and to feel supported by them. So we'll begin the practice by setting that intention to invite in any of your angels and spirit guides, anyone who is here for your highest and best. So you can hold that intention in your mind now, really being open to the presence of your guides, or what I call your team of light. Continuing to take those nice, slow, deep breaths, and just having this open curiosity of what you feel throughout this practice today, seeing if you can sense and feel the presence, this loving, protective presence surrounding you. There are many different types of spirit guides. The ones that I typically see or work with are angels, ancestral guides, animal spirits, medicine people, elemental spirits, and even loved ones who have crossed over. There is a huge variety of spiritual support available to you. So we are inviting them all, all those who are here for your highest good. Come and surround you with light and with love. See if you can sense them surrounding you, creating this circle around you right now, this circle of light. All of your guides sending you this warm, healing energy, allowing you to relax and surrender into the knowing of your presence. Sensing the presence of your angels and spirit guides now surrounding you. It's almost like they are gathering together to give you a big hug and tell you that everything's going to be okay and that everything is unfolding exactly as it's supposed to. You can breathe, you can relax, you are surrounded by your team of light. See if you can feel or sense yourself surrounded by this bright, warm light. Knowing that your guides have been here and will continue to be here, that they love you so, so much. And they are always working hard for you to help you grow and evolve, to help you experience all the things that this earthly journey has to offer. And remember that with their help, their guidance and their protection, that you can feel safe and supported and confident no matter what lies ahead. We'll spend another moment or two just soaking up this wonderful, warm presence. This beautiful hug from your team of light. Allowing the energy of their presence to soak into your body, into your mind, into every cell and every inch of your being. Feeling so loved, so safe, so cared for. And when you feel ready, you can thank your angels and spirit guides for their presence and you can invite them to come with you for whatever is next in your day. Take a few nice, deep breaths again here. Wiggle your fingers and toes and blink open your eyes and slowly come back into the space around you.
