The Violet Flame is a powerful energetic tool available for you to use to cleanse your energy and your body. Call on The Violet Flame when you'd like to shift any old, stuck energy, remove blockages, revitalise your cells, and heal yourself. This short, powerful visualisation will help you to clear out blocked energy or pain within your body and give your energy a boost.

Clear Your Energy Using The Violet Flame

Closing your eyes and sitting or lying comfortably. Bringing your attention to your breathing. Bringing yourself into this moment. Letting go of any thoughts, relaxing your body and focusing on your breath as it flows in and out. Feeling your body becoming soft and still. Sending your next few breaths down into the tips of your toes. Through your torso and your legs right down into your feet. And then exhaling deeply. Preparing your body to release any stuck energy. Anything that no longer serves you. Breathing down deep into your fingertips. Sending your breath through your shoulders, down your arms and into your hands. And then exhaling deeply once more. Calling on yourselves to release any old patterns, beliefs and blockages that are holding you back. Sending your breath up to the very top of your head. Through your neck and your face and then exhaling deeply. Affirming to yourself that you are ready to cleanse yourself of everything that's been holding you back. Now breathing into your entire body as a whole. Feeling your breath filling up your entire body and exhaling. Taking a few more full body breaths. Allowing your breath to become more natural now. And now visualizing a large purple glowing ball of light above you. This ball of light contains the violet flame. The mystical energy of the ascended master Saint Germain. This violet flame has the ability to positively change your physical and energetic body. By cutting through anything that is negative, stuck or unnecessary. And transmuting it into pure white light. Seeing this ball of light growing larger as it moves towards you. And slowly surrounds you with its energy. Feeling the violet flame working its way through your aura. Cleansing and clearing anything stuck within this space. And releasing it forever from your energy field. Inviting the violet flame into your body now. Beginning with any areas that are in particular need of healing. Directing the violet flame towards any part of your body that is struggling. A chakra that feels blocked. Or any area that you sense needs some extra cleansing or relief today. Allowing the violet flame to work its magic. Breaking up any stuck energy. Revitalizing your cells. And clearing out any old habits, patterns or beliefs that no longer serve your highest good. Now sending the violet flame around the rest of your body. Allowing it to touch every cell within you. And remove any toxicity. Anything that's not working for you anymore. Allow this powerful healing violet flame energy to restore you to wholeness. Allowing you to be the best version of yourself. Letting you move forward from this moment without anything holding you back. Fully loving yourself. Fully believing in yourself. Fully healed and revitalized. Taking the violet flame for its cleansing energy as it floats upwards slowly away from you now. Feeling cleansed, healed and restored. Breathing deeply once again. Coming back into your body. Feeling grounded and awake. Making some gentle movements. And opening your eyes. Returning to your day.
