This meditation is helpful for those who take on other energies from people, land, beliefs, etc. This supports in clearing out each energy center so that only that which is your purest essence is left. This is helpful in the morning before you start your day, and in evenings to clear before going to bed.

Clearing Each Energy Center For Your Highest Essence

For you to get comfortable and make any movements and adjustments that you need, slowly starting to close your eyes and if that doesn't feel good for you just holding a soft gaze and let's just take some easy breaths together inhaling filling your belly full and as you exhale I want you to just exhale and imagine your breath moving all the way down and out through the soles of your feet another big belly breath full and one more big one like that and release and coming into your natural rhythm of breath just offer the invitation to let yourself start to slow down with every breath you can let yourself relax just a little bit more with your breath giving yourself the permission to just fully be here there's nowhere else you need to be there's nothing else you need to be doing in this moment so giving yourself the gift of your own presence with every breath you can allow yourself to relax and surrender to this moment and if there's places that that feels hard for you or it feels hard to trust in that that's okay we welcome that part of you here too just breathe into those places and as you can welcoming your whole self here taking a few more deep breaths and then from this place I want you to imagine this white golden sphere that sits at the top of your head just notice even how that feels in your body and this white golden sphere is going to act like a sponge clearing out and collecting all things that are not of your highest essence so at your crown I want you to let this white golden sphere just clear up clean vacuum sponge up however it is for you trusting however it comes you may see sense here feel this all of that is welcome any of that is your way of doing it is perfect but clearing out any beliefs any stories any thoughts any ideas that are not of your highest essence that maybe belong to other people to the collective letting your crown be cleared that only your highest essence is left here and you don't have to fully know what that even is or miss trust and hold that intention as you're ready you can slowly let this white golden sphere move down into your third eye clearing out any of the cobwebs that get in the way of your true vision that allow you to tap into your intuition in your strategic mind clearing out any ideas beliefs that are not of your highest essence remembering to continue to breathe taking one more deep breath here as this white golden sphere moves down into your throat clearing out all the ways that your voice stops that are other people's voices the ways that you may silence yourself the stories or beliefs you've been told or have about your own voice clearing that away so all that is left is your highest essence just trusting how this feels and works for you there is no right or wrong way in doing this taking a few more breaths here in your throat as this white golden sponge when you're ready moves down into your heart space clearing out all that is not your highest essence continuing to breathe as you let this white golden sphere clear out all the stories beliefs ideas that you carry in your that are not of you taking one more breath here as this white golden sphere slowly moves down into your solar plexus your third chakra this place of will and power clearing out any stories scores that are not of your highest essence trusting and however this is for you taking a few more breaths here moving the white golden sphere down into your second chakra noticing how it feels even as you move from each of these energy centers clearing out the stories and beliefs that are not of your highest essence anyone else's energies taking a few more breaths as you move this white gold sphere down into your root chakra your first chakra this is the chakra of security and safety and for many of us that's not always how it feels this place where we can root and ground down into Mother Earth lovingly letting this white golden sphere release any of those energies beliefs ideas thoughts that aren't you that isn't your truest essence letting that white golden sphere take those in clearing you out taking a few more breaths here and as you're ready this white golden sphere imagine see sense know as you do that it goes down deeply deeply deeply into Mother Earth where Mama Earth knows how to transform it transmute it and refine it as you do this notice how your body feels now what you're and with these next few breaths I invite you to call in a color that is the representation of your highest essence today it may change it may be different but in this moment what is the color that is the representation of your highest essence and as that color comes to you I want you to fill your whole body your whole being up with this color letting it touch every cell letting it run through your blood your bones your heart your organs filling your whole body full and once you feel like it's full of your own highest essence if it feels right to do so I like to then just call on who I know the divine to be and just ask for protection I'm really asking that only that which is my sacred responsibility is allowed here notice how that feels in your body taking one more deep breath in and taking as much time as you need you have all the time in the world but as you're ready you can slowly start to open your eyes coming back into this space
