Together, we will increase our coherence through a gentle grounding and shared blessing. We begin by connecting with our bodies, and then connecting with the Earth. After bringing in Earth Energy from below and replenishing our systems with Divine Light from above, we feel into the collective field of everyone experiencing this audio, though all time. We extend a blessing to one another, and bask in the beautiful energy co-created.

Co-Creating Coherence: A Collective Grounding And Blessing

Welcome, dear one. Today we're going to increase our coherence, our resonance, through a gentle grounding and shared blessing. So beginning with a deep breath, as we land together, and slowing it down, perhaps counting to five on the next inhale and six on your exhale. Another slower intentional breath, making the exhale longer if you can. And another just like that, where the exhale is longer than the inhale. Beginning to sense into where your body is making contact with the surface. And being with your body for a moment to see what's here today, what's here in this moment. You might feel a temperature, a pressure, a tightness or spaciousness, tingles, a numbness, stillness. There's no right or wrong, just being present with what's here now. And from the root of your spine, or from your feet, if they are touching the ground, imagining now roots growing down. Thick, wide and strong. Down into the earth. The deeper they go, the wider they go. Rooting to the earth so firmly, holding you, feel that connection, that tug. And on your next inhale, let's bring in earth energy from below, up through the bottoms of your feet, up your legs to about your midsection. So beginning on an inhale, inviting earth energy up through your roots into your body. And exhale, release. Let's do three more inhales, bringing up earth energy. And exhale, release. Inhale, bringing up earth energy. Exhale, release. One more in your own rhythm. Taking a moment to notice what sensations are present in your body now that you are rooted and connected with the earth. Do you notice anything slightly different than when we began? Taking a moment now to offer gratitude to the earth for this energetic support, refreshing our entire systems. And if there is a divine being who resonates with you, the great mother, Jesus, God, creator, an ancestor, let's invite them in now to shine on us from above, to fill our bodies with that divine light. Perhaps imagining an energetic ball around your field, your aura, cleansing your energy with this powerful gold and healing light. As it fills in and replenishes anything we just discarded for recycling to the earth, may this light fill in those spaces with fresh new energy from above, our unique life force. Let's widen our awareness now to the folks who are also listening to this, knowing that energy is not bounded by our human concept of time. So wherever we are in the world, creating more alignment in our hearts, our energy, our bodies, let's feel into that group coherence we're creating together, all of us. And if it feels right, I invite you to extend a blessing to these human beings sharing a coherent field with us right now. May you be at peace. May you have the strength you need. May you be able to sense into all the supports around you from unseen realms. May you be able to receive these blessings, to receive this love we are each sharing collectively, and that our divine beings are sharing with us always when we tune in. May your body, spirit, and heart receive whatever's most needed in this moment. May you be well. May you be blessed. May you remember who you truly are. May you be at peace. And may you know divine love. Thank you.
