So let's get started. I invite you to close your eyes. Begin to take deep breaths that allow you to deepen your state of relaxation. With each inhalation you deepen your relaxation, serenity, calm. Cuando llegas a la playa empiezas a percibir todos los sonidos, los pájaros, el movimiento de las ramas de los árboles generado por la suave brisa, el sonido del agua tocando las rocas, llegando hasta la playa. Observas un banco frente a la playa y decides sentarte allí. Es un lugar muy cómodo que te permite relajar, te permite estar 100% en el momento presente, observando este hermoso atardecer. Los rayos del sol, la luz reflejada sobre el agua, los pájaros, las plantas, las flores de colores. Sientes armonía, calma. Te maravillas con este hermoso paisaje frente a tus ojos. La suave brisa acaricia tu rostro y sonríes, sonríes suavemente. Por toda la gratitud que sientes al estar en este instante, al poder presenciar este momento. Todas las preocupaciones, los planes, el pasado y el futuro se desvanecen. Estás aquí, presente, con gratitud, maravillándote por el hecho de estar con vida, por el hecho de tener un corazón que palpita, por poder respirar, por lo sagrado de la vida. Quédate aquí unos segundos en silencio, en este estado de apreciación, gratitud y asombro. Viene a recordarte también que ese niño o esa niña interior todavía están muy presentes en tu interior. Viene a recordarte que disfrutes la vida, que la vida también está hecha para jugar, para disfrutar, para sonreír y que no te olvides que eres un ser profundamente amado solo por el hecho de existir. A pesar de toda la admiración que siente por ti, por todo lo que has logrado, este pequeñito o esta pequeñita llegan a ti a decirte que te quieren muchísimo, tal como eres solo por el hecho de existir. Con estas sensaciones sonríes de nuevo y sientes gratitud por todo lo que has hecho, por todo lo que has vivido, por todas las experiencias que has tenido desde los 10 años, por tu deseo de mejorar cada día, por tu trabajo, por tu dedicación. Y al sentir todo esto observas que a tu mano izquierda aparece otra persona en la distancia, otra persona que proyecta sabiduría, experiencia, compasión. Esta persona se acerca y se sienta a tu lado izquierdo y al hacerlo te das cuenta de que eres tú, es tu versión de 90 años. Esta persona te da un beso en la frente y te dice las palabras todo está bien, todo está bien. Sientes gran compasión, amor incondicional, sientes apoyo, sientes bienestar en tu corazón al estar junto a estas dos versiones de tu vida. Y luego ves como estas dos personas te ofrecen un cofre de madera, lo dejan sobre tus piernas, se despiden y se alejan juntas. Te despides de manera amorosa, tomas el cofre, lo observas desde afuera y lo abres y allí encuentras una palabra, un símbolo, exactamente la respuesta que necesitas en este momento. Siéntelo, conéctate con esa sabiduría que te trae tu interior, tu versión pasada, tu versión futura. Este momento te recuerda que cualquier decisión que tomes todo va a estar bien, te recuerda que lo que hagas no te define, que tú ya eres un ser perfecto tal como eres. Te recuerda que no debes lograr ni hacer nada para merecer amor, respeto, abundancia. Y te recuerda que hay versiones de ti que ya se sienten altamente orgullosas por quien eres y que todavía tienes mucho por entregarle al mundo. Desde el goce, el disfrute, el deseo de contribuir, el anhelo por servir y hacer de este mundo algo mejor, empezando por ti, por tu familia, por quienes te rodean y extendiéndolo hacia el resto de personas a tu alrededor. Quédate con esas sensaciones de esperanza, gratitud, sabiduría y conexión por unos momentos en silencio. Poco a poco te despides de este hermoso lugar, empiezas a caminar al lado del agua, comenzando tu trayecto de regreso a casa y observas que a medida que caminas tus pies van dejando una huella sobre la arena. Lo observas y te das cuenta del tipo de huella, legado que ya estás dejando en el planeta tierra. Cada paso, cada acción, cada palabra, cada comportamiento que tienes deja una huella, tiene un impacto profundo. ¿Qué tipo de huella estás dejando? ¿Qué tipo de huella quieres dejar en el futuro? Continúas caminando, dejando atrás la playa, el hermoso atardecer. Pasas de nuevo por el jardín, verde y lleno de flores y poco a poco te das cuenta que ya llegaste a tu casa. Abres la puerta y observas el gran bienestar que sientes en todo tu cuerpo, en todo tu ser. Te quedas con el mensaje de sabiduría que recibiste o simplemente con las sensaciones de que todo está bien, todo estará bien. Y el hecho de que estés aquí significa que quieres ser una mejor persona, que quieres dedicarte espacios de introspección, de quietud, de calma, de conexión. ¿Recuerdas las palabras? Todo está bien. En este instante presente, todo está bien. Vamos a cerrar este espacio de visualización conectando de nuevo con nuestro cuerpo. Siente el contacto que haces con la silla, cojín, cama, suelo. Siente tus pies, siente tus manos. Percibe todo tu cuerpo físico. Observa como tu abdomen se expande y contrae al respirar. Toma una respiración profunda, inhalando y exhalando. Empieza a hacer movimientos ligeros con los dedos de tus manos, con los dedos de tus pies.
