Today we use this connection to tune into the vibration of our future success. Through astral travel, we will visit that that future reality, where we have already accomplished our dreams. Connect To Your Future Self | Astral Travel Quantum Realm

 Welcome to another guided meditation with Ivy and Light. It is an honor to share this space with you today as we move beyond space and beyond time and get in touch with our future through the quantum realm. At the quantum level, everything is energy, everything is connected. Today we're going to use this connection to tune into the vibration of our future success. We will dive into that future reality where we have already accomplished our big goal or dream. Then we will draw that energy back with us into the present so that we can become our future self and reach our future goals with more grace, speed, and ease. Before we begin, make sure you are comfortable sitting or lying down in a safe, quiet space. You may choose to diffuse essential oils such as rabbit's sarah, black spruce, or believe or into the future blend to enhance your experience throughout our meditation. You might also hold a crystal such as labradorite for embracing the magic of this experience. Or if you'd like to maintain some grounding as you travel in the quantum realm, try fire cores. Now that you are all settled and ready, you may gently close your eyes, relaxing your face, your neck, arms, and hands. Softening your stomach muscles, releasing tension from your back and hips, and relaxing all those muscles in your legs and feet. Let's start with some simple breath work to help us tune into the quantum realm. Breathe in a full, deep breath. Hold that breath and exhale, breathing out all the stale air and energy from your body. Breathe in again. Focus on drawing in inspiration and now breathing out any stress or fear. Breathe in deeply one last time, relaxing all your muscles as you breathe out. As you continue to breathe fully yet comfortably, imagine all those air molecules glowing into your lungs and sending oxygen out to every cell in your body. Imagine all those tiny cells, each working together to keep you healthy. And inside all those cells are even more tiny molecules. Imagine seeing yourselves with a microscope, looking smaller and smaller and deeper and deeper within yourself. At the tiniest level, you are pure waves of energy. Feel those waves of energy flowing throughout your body. Feel them flowing around your body, creating your aura. And feel how your energy interacts with the room around you. This is the level of quantum connection. This is the realm of pure potentiality. Simply by recognizing and feeling this connection, we tune in to the quantum realm. From here, we can travel through space and through time to connect with our future success. Let's repeat an affirmation together to confirm our readiness for this quantum adventure. I'll say it once and then we can repeat together three times. I am tuned in to the quantum realm. I am ready to see and experience my future. I am tuned in to the quantum realm. I am ready to see and experience my future. Notice how light you feel when you're focused on your energy rather than your mass. Now that we are light and energized, it is easy to shift into higher vibrations. Let's envision this together, resonating together and using our combined energies to boost our highest frequencies. Imagine all this energy becoming visible as white light flowing throughout your body and all along your spine, creating a column of light from your tailbone all the way to the crown of your head. See that light shining up and out through your crown chakra, creating a beam of light to follow upwards as we begin our journey. Release your feet from the ground, following that light up and up and up past the trees, past the sky, and out into a universe of limitless possibilities. Take a look around. Let's spend a few moments exploring all of these possibilities. Now is the time to choose. Pick one possibility to focus on and experience in this moment. Remember, you can move forward in time as far as you want until you reach that future point. By reaching this time, you can now descend downward in space, coming down, down, closer and closer to Earth, where all the details at this moment begin to come into focus. Take a look around. As you've dropped in here as your future self, what are you doing in this moment? What do you hear? What do you hear? What do you hear? How have you changed? How have you grown? How have you shifted or upleveled? What do you hear? Take a moment to absorb this dual reality. The current you moved forward to witness your future success, your progress, wisdom, and abundance. You chose to drop into this moment in time. You can always choose to see your future, to enjoy now with gratitude, wonder, and joy. All the beautiful things that are to come. You can also choose to bring that vision, that knowledge, that hope back with you. Take one more look around, soaking in all the details, writing them on your heart, expressing gratitude for your future abundance. Now it's time to journey back together to the present. We can again release ourselves from the ground, moving upward on our beam of light. Rising up into the universe of possibilities. And now we'll fly back into the moment we began our meditation together. Descending gently down, down, down into our bodies, into our seats, into our comfortable and quiet space. What an amazing journey. We got a sneak peek into some wonderful things to come, and we've brought back a new confidence in our success. Let's repeat an affirmation together to solidify this experience and bring it with us for the rest of the week. I'll say it first, and then you can repeat it with me three times.
