Cosmic Breathwork Journey

 Close down your eyes. Find a nice reclined position, perhaps propping a bolster under the knees. Just giving yourself 10 minutes, maybe 20 of uninterrupted space. Relax your arms. Relax your legs. Relax the muscles in your face. And just start to tune in to this gentle pull of gravity, bringing you down to the earth. Feeling the weight of your body, making contact with your cushion or mat. Feeling the temperature of the air, the surface of your skin. Gently beginning to breathe for the count of five into the center of your heart and out for the count of five. Just gently preparing ourselves for this journey and calling in our ancestors, our spirit guides, anyone past or present that we'd like to invite into the space. Just calling them into your heart. Just a few more into the heart. If you're called to set an intention, you may do so now. We're going to begin to deepen the breath, feeling the belly, feeling the lungs. Are you ready? Let's go. That's it. Feeling the belly, feeling the chest, letting the breath go to the deepest parts of your belly. Inflating the lungs. You've got this. Keep it going. Allowing the breath to awaken the dormant parts of your spirit. For this journey, we do not need to think. We do not need to analyze. Allow the wisdom of your sensory being to take over. Each breath, a cleansing breath. Feeling the belly, feeling the chest. Keep it going. Ancestors, we call on you for support. Spirit guides, we welcome you. Returning home to the heart, home to our body. You've got this. Don't give up. Keep breathing. Keep breathing. If you start to feel any tingling sensations or vibrations, trust that this is totally normal. This is your body breathing, energy moving. Focus on the breath. Focus on each breath. That's it. Keep going. Don't stop now. Keep going. There is nothing to fear. Trust your body. Trust your breath. This is breath work, people. We are working. Keep putting in the work. This gift to yourself, this gift to your spirit, your soul, your body. Doing great. That's it. Feeling the belly, feeling the chest. Don't stop now. Keep breathing that beautiful life force into your body. Just observing any resistance, any emotions that arise. Let them come. Let them move through you. It is safe to cry. It is safe to scream. It is safe to let go. Trust you are held. Trust the process. That's it. We're almost there. Keep going. Keep breathing. This is our life force, the vehicle by which our energy is moving. Keep moving this beautiful, beautiful prana. May it awaken those parts of your spirit that have fallen asleep. Come home. Come home. That's it. You've got this. Keep going. Feeling the belly, feeling the chest. Again, there is nothing to fear here. Energy is moving. It is shifting every molecule in your entire being. Trust. Surrender. This is not time to analyze. Come back to the breath. Back to the breath. That's it. We're on the home stretch. You've got this. Give it all you've got. Give it all you've got. Now pick it up. One more. Let it go. Let it go. Return to your natural breath. Take a gentle breath in. Let it go. Hold. Hold. Hold the breath out for as long as you can. This buildup of energy is starting to pulsate. When you can no longer hold, we'll take a deep breath in, allowing the energy to move up the spine. When you're ready, breathing it in, hold at the top. Hold at the top. Gaze inward towards your third eye. Hold the energy up the spine by engaging the muscles, the base of your perineum. We're almost there. And as you're ready, release the breath and with it anything and everything that does not serve. Let it go. Let's do it. And just relax. Relax. Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm.
