Thank you for joining me for another Guided Crystal Meditation. Today we will use the energy of Howlite and Amethyst to help you connect with your Highest Self. Howlite and Amethyst are my personal favorite combination for achieving a higher state, receiving inspiration, and gaining wisdom for my life. Whenever I use this combination, I find it so much easier to access and connect with my Highest Self. In today’s practice, I will guide you through this connection process, so that you can access your highest self whenever your desire.

Crystal Meditation For Connecting With Your Highest Self

 Welcome back to another guided crystal meditation with Ivy and Light. Today we're going to use How Light and Amethyst to help us focus on connecting with our Higher Self. How Light and Amethyst are my personal favorite combination for achieving a higher state, receiving inspiration, and gaining wisdom from my life. Whenever I use this combination, I find it so much easier to access and connect with my highest self. In today's meditation, I will guide you through this connection process so that you can access your highest self whenever you desire. Settle into a comfortable position and a space where you can have several minutes of uninterrupted peace and quiet. You can hold your crystals, one in each hand, or you may choose to lie down and place your amethyst on your third eye and your How Light right above on your forehead. Once you are settled, I want you to imagine yourself in a place that brings you the emotions you most desire. Perhaps you want to feel wise, creative, powerful, peaceful, or loved. Create this space with your mind's eye. I often imagine myself sitting atop a mountain peak and gazing down on the world from this place of peace and wisdom. Here I can gain a new perspective on my life. Here nature brings me inspiration. Perhaps you are in a garden surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature at work, creating life and bringing joy. You may simply be cuddled up in your favorite chair or lounging in a relaxing bubble bath. Whatever space that creates these desired emotions, this is where your highest self lives. Get comfortable within this space. Roll in, take a few deep breaths. Together let's take a deep breath in and a slow, calming breath out. Another breath in. Relax all your muscles as you breathe out. One more breath in. Final long breath out. Now allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm. Feel your muscles relaxing as you grow comfortable in your new surroundings. Allow your thoughts to become softer and quieter. Enjoy the space between each thought. Relish that silence. I want you to continue that gentle breathing and when you're ready, you can invite your highest self to join you in this space. Be open to whatever form you choose to take. Perhaps you feel yourself beginning to glow a little at first and then brighter and brighter as you become most fully yourself within this space and this moment. Or you may feel a gentle vibration start. Perhaps your temples or your third eye are buzzing. You could even see an entire form join you in this space. However you appear, remember you are appearing to yourself as your highest form. Welcome this new sensation. Ask simply, are you my highest self? You will receive confirmation either way. If the answer is not yes, ask that you be shown your highest self. Once you receive confirmation, you may choose to just sit together in silence enjoying this new connection or you may have a question you wish to ask. If so, ask your question now. Now all there is to do is continue sitting comfortably, breathing easily and waiting for any messages, answers or inspirations to come forth.
